They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

When I had reached out to the team here I was met with an immediate response by Helen. Who was very responsive and did a great job giving me a quote ahead of time after sending them a few pictures. (This is different as a lot of other companies I spoke with were saying they had to come see the stuff before giving me a quote) She was very transparent with the pricing and how much I would expect to pay for the size that she thought would be necessary. On our day of scheduled service Helen arrived w/her team and they were QUICK. Like initially my family and I had thought this was going to take at least 4-6 hours and they were in and out in less than 2! Additionally while helping look for other specific services Helen has a great network she can utilize that she can help connect you too! Our City of Houston has heavy haul, but they NEVER come when they say they will, sometime not for weeks and weeks. We had a lot of stuff and we did not want for all the rains we just had to soak our stuff, nor did we want our stuff to kill our grass and stain our sidewalk.

At the time, everything seemed to go smoothly and I believed my belongings were being handled properly. About 3-4 weeks later, I hired the same company again to move my items from storage into my new home. After unpacking most of my boxes, I discovered that two cases of Crown Royal were missing, which was extremely upsetting. Later that evening, when my TV installer arrived to set up my television, we also discovered that my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV was badly cracked. I immediately contacted the company and spoke with someone named Drake to report the missing items and damaged television. I was then informed that their policy only pays $0.60 per pound for damaged or stolen items, which was very frustrating considering the value of the items. Shortly afterward, the company deposited $28.56 into my account as compensation for the damages and theft. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted this company with my belongings, and the outcome was very upsetting. While this may be standard policy for some moving companies, I have used other movers in the past and have never had an experience like this. Because of this experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too.
