Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next.
