very little communication I actually feel like they are asking for less than what I actually deserve after being hit by a drunk driver. I found the amount through insurance company not the attorney whom I have NEVER spoke to,They didn't confirm settlement amounts with me and honestly they will end up walking away with more than me. I could have went through this alone since I wasn't at fault with the accident. in February it will be a year since my accident. Where do I start I thought this would be swift amd easy by reading reviews my case and my driver's was mishandled her injuries never token care of no calls or responses to our attempts to reach out to the attorney office they said the case manager was no longer working there then it was the attorney that was on my case was no longer working there and so Diana got the case and has been equally sorry... I reached out to this firm when someone ran a red light and tbone me , they were quick someone came out I think his name was Miles, I was in contact with someone by the name of Ibriham , everything seem legit and moving effectively I thought it would be a quick process , i was wrong we're now into a year and I call them every month with no resolutions , dodging of calls, rude receptionist, and lack of empathy. I have had 3 case workers that will sweet talk you into a cavity but will not give you any results. This is a false statement that this law firm claims to stand by. This was my first accident. I called Montgomery Law because I was referred to them. I was not sure of what the process was and made that clear the client intake assigned to my case. The client intake (Elonai A) didn't explain to me what was happening to my case, didn't have the answers to my question when I CALLED HER (because I had to blow her phone up for weeks), and didn't contact me back after leaving multiple messages. At the end of it all she told me that they couldn't fight my case anymore. How does a company that claim that they "take pride in getting clients the compensation they truly deserves" quit when cases require work. Unless you want to waste your time, I would suggest NOT calling Montgomery Law. You're better off calling The Car Wreck Cowboy, Jim Adler, or any other lawyer in this area. read more
