COME FOR THE SANGRIA, STAY FOR THE VIBES!…read more The in-house sangria was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING--made with love, packed with flavor, light, refreshing, BEAUTIFULLY presented, and topped with nothing but the BEST energy! And the food?! They have fantastic gluten-free, celiac-friendly options, which made this experience even better. It's not just a place where you can find something safe to eat--you actually get to enjoy GOOD food while doing it! But honestly... THE OWNER! One of a KIND. His personality, energy, hospitality, and genuine passion are EVERYTHING. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and creating an experience--not just getting people fed and sending them on their way. This is the kind of place where you come in thinking you're just going to eat and have a drink... and somehow leave FULL OFF THE FOOD, THE DRINKS, THE LAUGHS, AND THE VIBES. The customer service? The energy? The vibes? OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Lake Havasu NEEDS more businesses--and especially more people--like this. Places where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and like you're hanging out with friends instead of just being another customer. 10/10 from start to finish. We ate, we drank, we laughed, we vibed... and YES, we'll absolutely be back!

This hotel is the only beachfront resort with a beach, a floating water park, a beachside restaurant and an infinity pool! We arrived around 1230pm, we checked in at the front office to see if our room could possibly ready. Our room was not ready yet so the front desk provided us with a key to use the pool, if we wanted. They also gave us our beach/pool towels and vouchers for our 2 free 7lb bags of ice. We explored while we waited for our room to become available. After an hour, we got a call that our room was ready! That was very exciting because normally check in is at 4pm. We booked the beach suite room, which is in building E, right by the beach with the floating water park. This was perfect for the kids, we loved this location. The rooms are outdated and could definitely use an upgrade but it spacious. We had a king bed, pull out couch sleeper, a balcony and a large fridge. The big fridge was great to store food and beverages we brought. We also had a cooler with us so we could store ice in there as well as the freezer fridge. Our boys absolutely loved the floating water park. If you're a guest you get a little bit of a discount. I recommend to get the sticky socks or bring your own. The boys liked wearing them so they wouldn't fall all the time. They provide life jackets for anyone going on. They played for about 1 1/2 hours! Great way to wear them out. We loved the naked turtle grill near the dock, it's a really fun beach atmosphere. At night they played live music. Right next door the restaurant is the shop. You can find many cute items in there. My boys found some cool lake havasu hats and a water toy. The pool was so nice, overlooking the lake. Since it was a holiday weekend the pool was more rowdy during the day. They were allowing outside people into the pool, if they were over 21. Later in the day it wasn't as rowdy so we took the kids over there to swim in the infinity pool. We did a lot of night swimming too! My younger son met a boy his age at the pool one evening. That made him so happy, they became vacation buddies, it was so cute. The wet bar at the pool made really yummy pina coladas! It had a really fresh taste. My older son loved their virgin pina colada, he had a few of them over the weekend. Since we booked direct on their website they offered a free tiki boat tour for 2. We ended up taking our boys on this tour. I highly recommend it, especially if you haven't been. The tour takes you to the London bridge and through the party cove during MDW weekend. It was so cool to see all the different kind of boats and lighthouses on the lake. The tour is about 75 min long. The turtle grille was not serving off of their breakfast menu which was a bummer. They were only offering a breakfast buffet. We thought it was overpriced especially for my kids who didn't eat $19 worth of food per child. For the adults it was $25 per person. I will keep this in mind for next time if we come back over a holiday again. This is great vacation location. We will be back for sure. I hope one day we will be back with our own boat. We had such a fun family trip.

I arrived at 11:30 AM, knowing my room might not be ready yet, but I had friends meeting me on the water at 12:30. Since I was traveling with my ADA/service dog and needed to make sure she was settled and comfortable before leaving, I was already trying to work around not having access to my room. I ended up changing into my bathing suit in the restroom. Afterward, the bartender told me I needed to cover not only my bottoms but my top as well. So there I was, opening my suitcase on the floor, with my dog beside me, trying to find something appropriate to put on. Then I was approached and asked, "Sorry to be a jerk, but is your dog allowed to be in here?" At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I pulled out her documentation, paid my bill, and thankfully about 40 minutes later received the call that my room was finally ready. Then I was told I should GET IN MY CAR and DRIVE to my room because it was so far away that driving would be easier. Seriously?! I decided not to let any of this ruin my day. I met up with my friends, went out on their boats, and had an amazing time. Unfortunately, while boating I cut my foot on a propeller. When I returned to the property, my foot was hurting and I saw an employee with a cart. I explained that I had injured my foot and politely asked if he could please give me a ride. I was told NO because I was "a liability." So apparently I was less of a liability walking across the property INJURED, carrying my shoe in my hand?! I walked to the front bar, asked for a Band-Aid and again asked if someone could give me a ride. I was then told to go to the front desk. This is where I completely lost respect for the level of hospitality at this property. I wasn't asking anyone to diagnose or treat my injury--I was simply asking for a ride because I had hurt my foot. For a property where guests are apparently expected to drive because everything is so spread out, you would think assisting an injured guest with transportation would be a basic level of customer service. I can overlook an inconvenience. I can overlook a room not being ready early. What I cannot overlook is one frustrating interaction after another and employees who seem completely uninterested in finding a solution for a guest. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property and would not return.

The service is always spot on as well. We tried various appetizers like the shrimp cocktail, the crab stack, calamari and crab cakes. The shrimp cocktail has 4 but they are a good size shrimp. The crab stack is refreshing and delicious. Calamari was really addicting and the crab cakes were fresh and delicious. For entrees we tried the ribeye, halibut and tomahawk. The ribeye was perfect, the tomahawk was absolutely delicious and a great cut. The halibut was a fabulous surprise and I would absolutely order it over and over again. Expensive but delicious dinner! Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

What a Fantastic dinner…read more The service was impeccable. Both the Server and busser were fantastic! They did a wonderful job making our dinner perfect. The restaurant is small but very elegant and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and lake. I started my night with a smoked Old fashioned. It was probably one of the best that I have had in town. We also had a Wedge salad which was huge and had a fantastic combination of unique ingredients. It was outstanding and everyone at the table loved it. I had the Prime rib with a side of scallops. The prime rib was excellent and was seasoned perfectly. The scallops were very good and 4 of them came with the meal. The asparagus and mashed potatoes that came with the meal were equally great. My wife had the halibut which she really enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner with outstanding service located in a beautiful place.

What an AMAZZING event!!…read more Annual thing: Each year around February (president's day weekend) they put up a 4 days showcase of amazing fireworks in the beautiful city of Lake Havasu. It's Not the typical fireworks you see around New Year or 4th of July. I'm so glad I got the chance to witness it for my very first time and no doubt I will be back for more for the following years. Beside the awesome fireworks, I love it how this is more like a community event than making money event. Everything is affordable. It's one of the best setup ever. Other organizations should learn a lot from it. And the volunteers? They are absolutely THE BEST! Thank you so much for putting your time into helping us having a good time. Admission: $5 per car $5/person to go inside the race track Food Vendor: I only saw one food vendor and they sell the basic stuff like burgers, hot dog, nachos and beer. It's not too expensive either. $5 for a burger, $3 for nachos etc. Not sure why they don't have more food vendors! Showcase: - Everyone said Saturday is the best night out of the four nights but I'm sure other nights are just as great. And yes, it was BEAUTIFUL! - RACE TRACK: it depends where you park, but the race track is behind the ball field and that's where you want to be at when the show begin. Buy your admission ticket right outside by the entrance door. - SEAT: Pick the highest seat so you don't have to work your neck too much. - TIME: Gate open at 3P.M to drive in but we arrived at 5P.M and it was a good time to come. The show begin at 7:30 P.M. I totally forgot that AZ time is 1hr ahead from CA time. - Earplugs are recommended if you can't handle loud noise well. Hotel: You might wanna book this 3 months in advance or as soon you know the date. We booked 1 month in advance and there was not much choices left to pick from.
