I needed some giant marquee numbers for a party and quite honestly it was thee last minute -like the day before. And when I say Alex came through he did just that. The numbers were giant sturdy built to outlast the wind and weather. They lighted up aooooooo Beautifully!!!! Of course I found them on Yelp but only after I called several business that either charged way too much or never returned my call. Alex returned my message immediately with the outstanding customer service. I wasn't there for delivery but my family members loved him. This company is the best prices , quality , customer service, and excellent communication. The only thing I was mad at was the fact that I was mad at myself because i should have found the.mm sooner. I really wish I would have found them sooner because they do so many things I could have booked them for and did a one stop shop for all my party needs. Alex was super attentive and professional when it came to all the details for my nephews graduation party. We held it at a nice banquet hall and he met with me the day before to set up the balloon arc. He even gave me tips and pointers on making decorations on my own! Reasonably priced for white glove service with setting up and cleaning up too. He breaks down all the balloons for you next day. Our favorite was the mirror Photo Booth that we rented for 4 hours. It was such a hit at the party. We had 110 guests and he was so friendly accommodating all of our requests for retakes. He provided fun props for taking pictures and even had a red carpet with rails placed for a cool runway effect. 5 graduates in the family with top honors, doctors and nurses.
