I wouldn't recommend doing business with this group, more specifically, Cyrus Mohseni. I rented a loft from him starting March 2025. I paid a year's lease upfront at $3,600 a month. Life happened and I ended up moving out 6 months early. Also, during the 6 months I did live there, I was hardly ever there. So come move out time, he's unwilling to work with me on giving me any money back. But did tell me if he rented the property out, he would refund me. I have that in writing. I've been keeping on eye on the property listing and it would appear it has been rented out, yet I wasn't refunded. Not to mention, of my almost $4,000 security deposit, I got back like $500. The rest went to repairing "damages." $1,500 for touch up paint, for example. That is absolutely absurd. Putting all that aside, too, he is extremely unresponsive and doesn't really keep his word. Several times I'd text him about things he said he'd do (like hook up Alexa to the lights and whatnot), and I'd have to text him several times for a response. That also never got taken care of. When I moved in, the place clearly hadn't been cleaned. I texted him about getting someone in there to clean, as he told me he'd do, and I never got a response. I ended up having to pay someone out of my own pocket. All in all, a very frustrating experience and I would be aware of things like this if choosing to work with him. read more

I've holding so much and suffered a lot with my tenant after buying a house from the agent, Ben Kopenhefer. We bought a house that he use to live back to last Nov. we didn't realize that it was our beginning of the nightmare. When we were considering buying, we loved the view and the design of the architecture, but we were concerned if it's gonna too long for us to rent it out since it was a holiday season, plus the interest rate just went up, it would be huge burden for us if it's sitting there too long. And Ben was very eager to make the deal, he had called my husband and trying to persuade him by saying that he could help us rent it out as a favor, no charging and he can possibly find someone to take the rent within two months... however nothing was proved. And in fact, the house was staying vacant for six months, me and my husband were extremely anxious bc we had to pay almost $5000 for the mortgage. And When Ben repressing us as for the leasing, we wanted to do open house and try different ways that can speed up the renting process, he refused and said no need to do open house for renting, and he didn't always keep us updated. So we had no choice but replaced him with another agent. When our new agent told us that the house finally found a tenant that can move in May, we were soo released. Again, our happiness only last two days, the were so many problem that were hidden in this house. From the bath drain to loud noise from the shower pipe, the bee hive on the deck, AC leaking, rodents, dishwasher problem, skylight leaking, now the bees are coming back bc of two huge bee hives in my neighbor's balcony, and they barely lived in that house. The bees hives in the neighbor's were not built within a day or two, and loud noise from the shower pipe, he should have known, and the rodent problem as well as the dishwasher problem... we were not told anything about this. My tenant is a single mom has two kids and one old mom living in the house. This month has been a nightmare to her and us. And the problems are continuing, both is us and our tenants are hoping there will be an end. So for all potential buyer, please be really careful when you pick an agent. Make sure that the agent is a honest and good person first. We all know investment can be risky, but trust me, a dishonest and selfish agent can drag your life from heaven to hell.
