    Cyrus and his team at Keystone were truly exceptional, and choosing them to represent the sale of our property was the best decision we could've made. My family decided to sell my late uncle's house, which had been in our family since 1959, and we wanted someone who understood the emotional significance of this transition and that would find the right buyer. I was recommended to Keystone by a friend and from the moment we spoke to Cyrus, we knew he was the right realtor for us. Not only was his portfolio really impressive, but his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty were apparent from the start. Throughout the process, the Keystone team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and pace and provided expert guidance from the remodeling to the actual real estate process. They got right to work remodeling the house and putting it up on the market at the deadline we created. I was impressed just how timely they were hitting all the milestones they'd set up and how wonderful the remodel looked; for the first time since dealing with the death of my aunt and uncle, we felt like someone was doing the heavy lifting for us. The team even went around the neighborhood to introduce themselves and invite the neighbors to see the house. The most rewarding part was when Cyrus told us all wonderful stories the neighbors told him about my uncle over the decades--stories our family had never known. It felt like Cyrus gifted us new memories and it really showed that Keystone genuinely cared about us as a family and not just a real estate transaction. The attention our house received on Zillow after hours of listing was remarkable. Within days of the open house weekend, we were flooded with bids well above asking price, and ultimately we broke the record for Whittier and received $100K above asking price. The escrow process was seamless and we closed in less than a month with zero problems. Seeing what other realtors do with their remodeling efforts, listings, and strategies, I can confidently say that nothing compares to the level of service that Cyrus and Keystone offers. So, if you're looking for a realty group that prioritizes your needs and delivers exceptional results, then Keystone is your team. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results. 110% recommend.

My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

Based on my research, Lily and her team stood out as one of the top teams in Orange County, and that was exactly how they performed. What stood out immediately was that Lily's recommended listing price and overall approach were fully aligned with my own analysis. That gave me a high level of confidence from the start. This was my first time selling a home, although I have purchased multiple properties in the past.
