The parking lot is 'smallish' on the right side of the building and flows right to left in one direction, so be sure to look for the 'enter' sign. There are three steps up into the diner so be aware of that if you have difficulty using steps. Also, the restroom is tiny: like so small the sink is about a foot long by half as much wide, small. We stop in here on our trips out to Groton. Last visit we stopped for a late breakfast/early lunch. I ordered a coffee and it came in a nice big mug and is a mellow blend with a smooth finish. There are photo descriptions on the table of what your eggs will look like based on how you order it, so no surprises. What a great idea. The table holds napkins, hot sauces, salt & pepper, jellies, creamer and sugars. The staff are pleasant. Some are more chatty than others. There are definitely some regulars here each time we visit. The menu has lots of breakfast options but there are no substitutions so you may need to order al a carte or get a different 'meal' option and add-on an item. Just a heads up. They have plenty of toast options including English muffins. The lunch menu is a variety of sandwiches and burgers. Fries are tasty. Lettuce and tomato on your sandwiches are fresh. I can't think of a single disappointment we've had here. If you are in the area and enjoy a nice diner experience, stop in to Norm's.

The food - fantastic!! Spouse got med cooked eggs and they were perfect. I had a blueberry and banana pancake. So good! Their coffee was hot and just toed the line of being strong served in tall mugs. Highly recommend and will be back.

Counter seating is available toward the back of the space, running along a side wall where the grill is located. At the front, by the picture windows, are a few tables. As soon as we entered we were greeted and they let us know we could sit where we'd like. They also let us know the Reubens were very good here if we like those. We do like those, so that's what we got. Sandwiches here come with a bag a chips, which I love, because I usually end up taking them with me and look forward to snacking on them later. :) The restaurant is manned by the cook and one waitress. Both are very personable. The tables are set and waiting for guests. Everything is clean and tidy. The table holds your salt, pepper, hot sauce, ketchup, sugar and jelly. I ordered a coffee with cream and she brought cream to the table with the coffee; which is good by the way. We also got waters. The Rueben is Very good here. Thin slices of very lean meat, good flavor profile with the vinegar in the sauerkraut and the creamy dressing. The bread held together perfectly and was grilled without all the grease. Both of which make it much easier to eat the sandwich and enjoy all the flavors and textures. Free on street parking was easy to find. One restroom in the kitchen only is not technically for public use. We will be stopping by again.

You can dine in or take out; it's a bit small inside, so I usually take it to go, but it definitely feels like a very family oriented place. The spot is always packed. My go to is my usual omelette with corned beef hash, and I love the way they name their specials, always a fun and creative way to order breakfast.

Got real medium rare meat and paid extra for bacon, mushrooms and cheese. Was offered raw or sautéed onions too got them cooked. The meat was appropriately seasoned, but the real flavor bomb was also due to the very generous extras... no skimping. It was a delightful burger on a tasty bun. My 1 criticism is there were no napkins included and I didn't think to ask for any. Messy, delicious burger! I recommend you check them out. I'll be back.

Driving in there is a hidden parking lot on the left side of the restaurant. Walking in it the host greeted us and asked us to sit anywhere we like. It is a cute place with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. It was a bit humid out so we ate inside. When we sat, we were told that there is a coffee and tea bar. I thought that was cute and efficient. You get up, grab a mug and pour your own hot drink. I order the sampler which had a little of everything and my fiancé order the blueberry pancakes. We didn't know what to expect but the portions was huge. The French toast was good and the pancakes were normal nothing special. The home fries was a small portion on the plate. The bacon, eggs and sausage were good. To be honest I didn't need 4 slices of toast. Two max would have been good enough. My fiancé enjoy his blueberry pancakes. We didn't finished what we order cause it was so much. Overall great place if you want that diner style breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back.

It seemed like they may have been a little short-staffed because several tables still needed to be cleaned, and the bar area had quite a few dirty plates and glasses. Despite that, our order was taken quickly, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere with nice décor, and the music was at a comfortable volume, making it easy to enjoy our meal and conversation. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had previously read that food doesn't always come out at the same time when there is more than one person dining. Unfortunately, that happened to us as well. My husband's meal arrived first, and mine came a little while later. It wasn't a long delay, but it would be nice if both meals were served together whenever possible. One thing that also caught me off guard was the payment process. The server came to the table with a handheld device and simply gave me the total without providing a printed check. I asked for the itemized bill, and she gladly printed it for me. I prefer reviewing the check before paying. They also charge a .75¢ service fee for credit card payments, while paying with cash avoids that fee. The printed receipt includes a QR code if you prefer to pay that way. As for the food, it was delicious! I ordered the Monte Cristo waffle sandwich, and it was excellent. My husband loved his chicken and waffle trio as well. The waffles were especially amazing! Overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and we'd definitely recommend this restaurant. We look forward to coming back.

The food here is next level good, God tier, euphoria is what I experienced while eating what was quite possibly the best eggs benedict I have ever tasted in my life! I swear Jesus must be in the kitchen cooking because the amount of flavor in every bite had me thinking "what the hell is going on here, am I in heaven, how is it possible that this is so good?!" The wait staff was very nice, accommodating and told me from the jump that it could be a wait for the food but quite honestly the wait time was pretty fast so no complaints. I hope this place never closes and stays in business for the next 100yrs because I will be coming back asap. If you're in the neighborhood and want to try the best diner food on planet earth go here, better yet run because you won't be disappointed!
