The teachers in rooms 6 and 7 were great with ensuring she felt comfortable in the classrooms. Additionally, I could tell just from even a few days being there, she was starting to pick up social skills, discipline, and a great sense of routine with their day to day montessori lesson plans and their "jobs". October 2025 Review…read more This review has been a long time coming, but we're so happy to finally share how much we love Learn & Play Montessori! My 4-year-old twins are now in their second year here, and they couldn't be happier. They attended the 3-year-old class with Miss Ayesha last year and are now in Room 4 with Miss Dhillon. We truly couldn't be more pleased -- our kids are safe, happy, comfortable, and thriving in their learning. The teachers here genuinely love their students, and it warms my heart to see the way they interact with my children. It's not just their classroom teachers -- every teacher, the front desk team, and the director, Miss Trixie, know our family by name. It feels like a true community. I'm often in and out several times a day due to appointments, and everyone always greets us with a smile, even saying hello to my 2-year-old who doesn't attend yet! The staff consistently go above and beyond. My twins were born prematurely and are developmentally behind their peers, but the teachers here have been incredible in helping them gain confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. One of my twins has cerebral palsy that affects his legs, and earlier this year he underwent major spinal surgery. The support we received from the director, teachers, and the entire school community during and after that time meant the world to us. Learn & Play strikes the perfect balance between fostering independence through Montessori learning and providing the warmth, care, and guidance that every child needs. For the first time ever, my kids tell me they miss school and can't wait to go back -- even on Fridays! Thank you, Miss Trixie, Miss Dhillon, all the wonderful teachers, and the amazing ladies at the front desk for creating such a loving, supportive, and enriching environment for our family. We are so grateful for you all!

What stood out most was how personally invested they were in his growth -- they truly understood his individual needs and helped him develop with patience, encouragement, and warmth. As he moved into Pre-K, we were equally fortunate to have Miss Sandhya and Miss Keiani guiding him. They created a nurturing environment while also helping him learn the importance of boundaries, structure, and kindness. Under their guidance, we saw our son grow leaps and bounds -- academically, emotionally, and socially. Miss Sandhya's knowledge, patience, and years of experience truly shine through in the way she teaches and connects with children. Along with Miss Keiani's warmth and encouragement, they made a wonderful team that helped our son feel confident, supported, and excited to learn every day. We will always be thankful for the positive impact these amazing teachers had on our son's early years. We started our son in the preschool program and we instantly saw him blossom. Little Apples gave him a safe space to learn and grow, which has now led to such confidence and kindness in our child. Miss Sharon, Miss Wendy, Miss Ashley, and all of the staff here have been so wonderful to us and we can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience. When my husband and I first visited the school, we both saw it as our dream school for our son. As competitive as it is, we were lucky enough to have our son enrolled. Every interaction we've had with Little Apples has been nothing but positive. The staff is super responsive, attentive, and caring. Any time we had questions, they were so quick to respond. They are very committed to ensuring your child is in good hands and well taken care of. The facility is immaculate and they really promote a fun yet educational program that will get your child engaged. We will be forever grateful to Little Apples for helping our son grow into his own. I appreciated that I could email or call and ask for a short meeting to discuss any concerns I might have had. For example I was concerned about my son's transition to preschool given he was a "biter" but I was reassured by Ms. Sharon with how the staff would handle these types of situations. My daughter has continued with little apples and has been attending their afterschool enrichment program which includes homework help, learning Mandarin, science, STEM, and art. That is how good the kids are taken care of and how loved they feel here. Miss Abha has run a bigger pre-school previously for 18 years and there is plenty that one can learn from her in terms of good parenting/ disciplining/ development. He was at that time shy, hard to communicate with, and was overall stubborn with wanting to do what he wanted and when. As a father that always wants the best for his kids and worries about how they may acclimate to new places and experiences, I worryingly counted down the days until we ultimately had to let him walk through the threshold into Level Up. The initial drop offs were rough on us and him as he got used to new places and teachers, and every week I wondered if it was truly the right choice for us. However, thanks to the absolute patience, empathy from the staff here, and stunning attention to what our son needs and how to communicate most effectively with him he started to absolutely blossom. A kid that couldn't finish the ABC's was somehow talking in full sentences by the end of the year, telling his feelings in reaction to what we were saying to him, and somehow became the line leader of his entire group. While yes, some of this may have come naturally to him over time both my wife and I agree that this school has put him well over the top of academic and social expectations. He has become acutely aware and sensitive of others people's wants and needs, is quite the public performer thanks to the schools seasonal performances, and thanks to the learning curriculum is quite aware of how to conserve energy and help the earth thrive. While still the stubborn little guy he is, he continues to excel and be nurtured by the staff who is THE reason why we are still at this location. Ms. Shushma, the manager of this facility has lead her team in a way that is nothing more than admirable. It is clear during drop offs and picking up that she knows the personalities and needs of every single one of her students and makes sure that they are accounted for. Her door is always opened for questions, concerns, and she has always reached out with thoughtful ways on how to best take care of our son in the most respectful manner. Over the last year and a half she become one of the most influential people in our sons development, and we could not thank her enough for her time and energy. If you are looking for a care center where your child needs attention, patience, and a really fun place to play (the happy home indoor play area two doors down is really cool) I would highly consider the Fremont location. We are currently enrolled in a full time 5 day a week program with optional included meals and will be enrolling our daughter when the time rolls around.

I wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience with the school…read more I have observed what feels like favoritism among students for Miss Sushma. The same group of students are repeatedly highlighted in school photos, events, and recognition. It also appears that certain students receive more attention and appreciation compared to others. During the admission process, communication and interaction felt very warm and welcoming and Sushma is being so dramatic in faking. However, after joining, the experience has felt quite different. At times, interactions from the management/staff feel distant and dismissive. I also feel that students who are already bright receive most of the focus and encouragement, while average or struggling students may not be getting equal attention and support. A school environment should help every child grow, not only the top-performing students. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of adequate teaching/support staff, which may also be impacting the attention given to children individually also other staff could get frustrated on kids easily. I hope the school takes this feedback constructively and works toward creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all students and parents.

After touring a few daycares in the area, we initially picked Fremont Kindercare for location and hours of operation. We thought it was great that they offer care from infants through preschool in one spot (no need for multiple drop offs or changing locations every year or so). Plus, my husband and I start work early and it was one of the few places that open at 6:30am. We also thought the app was convenient for communicating with the teachers/director and receiving daily photos of our girl. Once she started the toddler program, however, we really saw how the teachers and staff are the backbone of the center. I was so impressed that Miss Rachita (center director) knew every child by name. Every teacher we've met there provided the same level of attentiveness and care to the children (even when teachers from other rooms occasionally sub in). Our girl has learned so much and made many friends. We love that the programs are themed with seasons/holidays each month. We enjoy seeing artwork that the children bring home (eg handprint hearts). The center regularly hosts special events for the children and families to get together. It truly feels like being part of a supportive and loving community. Big shoutout to the lovely teachers in Room 2, who have so many years of experience and clearly care about their students! Thank you for providing such excellent care. Would definitely recommend this Kindercare for other parents looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their little ones.

We have had the opportunity to interact with most of the teachers over time, and every single one of them has been extremely caring, soft, gentle, and patient with the kids -- while also being firm and consistent in teaching good habits, manners, structure, and discipline. That balance is incredibly important, and they do it beautifully. Our child started here at just 2 years old and almost instantly formed a strong bond with Miss Nasreen and Miss Yaimara, which made the transition so much easier for us as parents. As our child grew, Miss Ellah and Miss Ishita became the primary teachers in the following year, and our child bonded just as well with them -- we could clearly see their warmth, dedication, and positive influence. We are especially grateful to Radhika (Director), along with the wonderful teachers Miss Carmen and Miss Stephanie, who have all contributed meaningfully to our child's journey. The school does an excellent job of tracking progress and sharing regular feedback -- both positive and constructive. Even when kids are being a little mischievous (as all kids do!), the teachers handle it with so much patience, care, and professionalism, always turning it into a learning opportunity rather than a negative experience. Over time, we have seen significant development in our child -- socially, emotionally, academically, and in good manners and behavior. The progress from when we first enrolled to where our child is today has been incredibly reassuring and rewarding to witness. They have sufficient parking, and drop-off and pick-up are easy to handle. The entry and exit are well monitored, with a front desk assistant always present and strong CCTV coverage, which gives us great peace of mind around safety. Most importantly, our child is happy, confident, and excited to go to school every day, and comes home with new skills, stories, and a smile. As parents, that sense of trust and comfort is everything. We feel extremely fortunate to be part of this community and are deeply grateful to the entire team for the love, structure, and care they provide. Very highly recommended for any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and growth-focused environment for their child.

We've had our child at Learn and Play Maple Campus for over two years now and it honestly has been…read moreone of the best decisions we've made as parents. Our kiddo is in kindergarten and watching her grow, both academically and socially has been really something. Let's start with the curriculum because it genuinely surprised us. It goes well beyond the basics. Kids get exposure to STEM topics, Spanish and even yoga, and there's still plenty of time carved out for outdoor play every day. It doesn't feel rushed or overly structured. The balance is just right for this age group. The food situation is also worth mentioning because not every school gets this right. Maple has a no microwave, no fridge policy, which sounds strict at first but it actually encourages parents to send fresh, healthy food. The school also provides healthy snacks. And if you're a working parent who doesn't always have time to prep a lunch, Ms. Radhika launched a fresh hot lunch program. You enroll at the start of the month and your child gets a freshly made hot lunch each day. The price is very reasonable (around $5 per meal), and even though we haven't personally used the service, we think it's a fantastic option for busy families. Another thing Ms. Radhika introduced is a partnership with Amazing Athletes, a dedicated sports program that comes in once a week. The idea is to introduce kids to a variety of sports so they can figure out what they actually enjoy, rather than being pushed into one thing early. It's a great way to get them moving and curious about athletics. The program runs about $80 a month and is totally worth it. On the practical side, parking is never a headache here. There's a dedicated lot with plenty of space, so you're never circling the block or rushing to a street spot at drop-off. Our kiddo and her friends sometimes hang out in the parking area after pickup for a little impromptu snack party, which tells you something about how comfortable and unhurried the whole vibe is there. The campus itself is really well set up. The playground area is nicely shaded, surrounded by trees and has a solid fence so kids can run around freely without you worrying. With only six classrooms, this is a smaller campus compared to some of the bigger Learn and Play locations, and that's honestly a plus. The staff knows every child, the class sizes stay manageable, and your kid doesn't get lost in the shuffle. For staying connected, they use the BrightPath Connect app, which sends you updates throughout the day so you always know what's going on. As a working parent, that kind of visibility is really reassuring. And then there's Ms. Radhika. She has been the heartbeat of this campus. She knows every child personally, is always available when parents have questions or concerns, and has built something that genuinely feels like a community. The warmth starts with her and flows through the whole staff. I can go on and on. In summary, if you're a working parent looking for a school where your child will be challenged, cared for, and truly happy, Maple Campus is absolutely worth checking out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
