He found that the couches were already discontinued, but he went above and beyond to find the materials and had a foot stool made for me. I bought my dining room table with him, which is still gorgeous. He also found my TV stand, which I had very specific dimensions, but he found it anyway. I have had to get a chair for an elderly person who needed the chair to lift for him. When it broke within the first year, Ben made sure it was replaced per the 1 year warranty.
