Very large selection of furniture on display, staff let us browse alot, didnt preasure us in any way, and when we did find what we liked helped us find a matching set and even gave us a good deal on some clearance items as well that we needed, being new to the area this was exactly what we hoped for. Would recommend you start here because after trying to go to other places this is where we ended our search. This store was not the best experience for me. I purchased a beautiful sectional that needed to be ordered before they could deliver. It was scheduled to take less than a week, however, it never came. I called twice and the date for delivery was pushed back multiple times. I ended up calling asking for a refund on the phone and was told I could. Two days later, I come in and was told that I could not get a full refund because they ordered the sectional to be delivered already. I ended up only getting 75% of our money back and had to pay the additional charges. The owner of this store (and the only employee I have seen working here) is not the best at customer service. He was very misleading with his return policy and getting very upset with us in the store because we were coming in to return the item. He was placing the blames for the delay on the delivery company and did not want to put any of the blame on himself. read more

I came in looking for a few things for my apartment. I was at first going to purchase everything in one visit but I chose to purchase my bed first. Good thing I did. I found a bed purchased it and waited till it arrived. I was very clear with what I wanted and the color (light grey) a few days later it arrived. But, when we took it home and unpacked it we notice it was not what we has order the color was a dark grey. I returned to the store the next day and the guy who helped us told us "bring it back for a refund" he didn't offer any solution but a refund. I inquired about another bed and he stated it's sold out. That was it. Again, he didn't offer any assistance or solution. But a refund. Very disappointing! I expected more of this business. A apology would of been great. We were planning on purchasing a table set and couches but after the customer service we received we will take our business somewhere else who appreciates there customers and takes the time to assist them. Word of advice you can have the best product but if your customer service skills are not up to par you won't have any returning customers. read more

Just an update to my review, and I must say it get's good. The owner Monir Y has called us making threats to shame us, and border line harm us. I must say this man who thinks that he is back in his country, and customers can not voice themselves when we receive bad service. This man is a joke, and it is sad to see that someone from a third world country can come to our beautiful country of ours and have the shorts to make threats when proving a nasty service. This was our first time here. The salesperson acknowledged us and told us to look around and if we have questions he is here for us. I appreciated that. I hate salespeople hovering all over you to sell you what he wants. Once we found the exact piece we wanted, he was there to help. He even gave us a couple of discounts. Pricing was good. We just bought a Table or rather my parents did, I do all the work around the house for them, you know maintenance and up keep, etc. Well needless to say noticed a rung that was loose on a chair to the table just purchased. Oh I might add here, it was a floor model, and supposedly on sale, for a rather large amount. Apparently These folks are not checking the quality with which this expensive furniture is being assembled. Had I not have checked this chair i would not have noticed loose bolts, and screws by which the chair is held together. I then checked all the other chairs, they too had loose bolts and screws. See the pictures. I would expect no less from a place like Walmart, or a discount furniture store, but this is supposedly a nice furniture store, selling nice furniture. We like this table, But due to faulty assembly, many of the screw heads are stripped, I have to replace them. The bolts fortunately were all there, but quite loose. I am hoping there are no other defects with this as we cannot take it back, and we really like this table. We knew it was a floor model, but we should have been given a better deal. read more

Overall this has been my favorite furniture store in the AV area...but on the purchase of our living room set the manager & store gets a big fat zero! I ordered furniture Feb 21, 2016 & as I post this review my furniture had not been ordered. Final payment on furniture was March 23, 2016. I finally canceled order on June 1, 2016. Money was returned to debit card on June 4, 2016. End of story!!! read more

Paid for a new pieces of furniture and they delivered the floor beat up models! paid in full and they won't fix the damaged pieces they delivered! I spent over $5,000! they blamed the delivery company so since they are out of luck, I'm out of luck. Paid by check so I couldn't go after them through my credit card company.
