The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. He came at the appointed time, sized up my bag of laundry, gave me a price for it, and told me that he will deliver our clean clothes the next day. The price he quoted me was very reasonable (£15) considering he picked up and dropped off our clothes at the hotel. The next day, our clean clothes were waiting for us at the reception office when we came back in the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. How much more convenient can that be? She was pretty good at tidying the place up every now and then and also had a side gig of holding people's luggage in storage. I thought that was a cool little thing to have available for tourists staying in Paddington. The only thing was the machines were a bit pricey. £7-10 to wash and £1 for every 5 minutes of dryer use, though this could be normal for London. If you need to purchase liquid or powder detergent, it's £1.50 (coins or card). There is an employee there if you need anything, she greeted me when I walked in and explained the pricing on the machines. They offer pressing services for an extra cost, but you might have to wait a day.
