From the moment I asked where to find my information, the staff's behavior was dismissive and condescending. The manager ignored me entirely, and the sales associates spoke to me as if I were doing something wrong. It became clear that I was being profiled and treated like a crazy person--simply for asking a basic question about a service they advertise. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or singled out because of what they look like, especially at a place that is supposed to care about pets and the people who love them. This experience was unacceptable and hurtful. Petco needs to address how its employees are trained in customer service and ensure that no one else has to endure the kind of discrimination I faced. Then she told me she had a family to adopt a luna and She kept changing the dates on when the family was going to pick her up.After not answering from Wednesday to Sunday, I called Monday morning To find out that they euthanized her Friday night.
