I was excited to bring them back for a second appointment. I scheduled their appointment for 12 PM. I received a call at 1030 AM from the shop asking if I wanted to come in earlier than 12. I said "I will try to make it when I can." At 1201 I received a call from the shop asking when I was going to be there. The woman said, "I have been waiting since 1030. Are you almost here because I have to leave soon." I never promised to be there at a certain time other than their scheduled appointment which was at 12. Each of my dog's baths take at least half an hour so it did not make sense that she said she had to leave soon. Unprofessional and rude that this woman is frustrated that I did not come in earlier to accommodate HER.

I had good experiences with this place until today when I brought my to have her nails Dremeled…read moreand a woman who I have not seen there before who was probably roughly in her 40s thin with blonde hair took her into the back by herself put her into a harness and was about to cut her nails when I had specifically told my dogs needs to be held by one person and the other person needs to dremel her nails or she will freak out because she's had bad experiences. I knocked on the window which you are not supposed to do because I wanted her to stop . I said if you can't accommodate me today, I can return another day. And I again reiterated the only way that my dog feels safe. She brought her into the back and again tethered and had someone hold her while she was on the table being tethered and started to cut her nails with a clipper. I heard my dog screaming. I opened the door and I said please stop. I will bring her another day (but obviously I will never go back there). As I was leaving she slammed the door behind me. Very disrespectful and rude and totally ignored what is best for my pet. When you leave your dog in the hands of a stranger, there is no telling how your loved one will be treated ,so this is a warning because if they can hire someone like this who totally disregards your dogs needs, is this the place you want to take your dog? When I told her my dog was freaking out she said no she isn't. I said her tail is on her abdomen up between her legs how can you say that she's not stressed out? She was unaware of the signs of a scared stressed dog.

While she was at my house she kept bitching about how she's nonprofit so I gave her $100 to make sure my dog went to a good home. I even gave her the crate, her bed, and all of her favorite toys when all she did was keep it all! When her and her friend showed up at my house they were both heavily intoxicated on drugs completely unprepared. The lying, not answering my calls, so I called her on a random # to get closure on why my dog is dead! So she blames me that they euthanized my dog???!!!!Little did Joni know that my dog was chipped. She then told me it's OK I know everybody at the pound. Then she told me she had a family to adopt a luna and She kept changing the dates on when the family was going to pick her up.After not answering from Wednesday to Sunday, I called Monday morning To find out that they euthanized her Friday night. I told Joni she's not good with other dogs and she still had Luna put in a room with two other dogs so the shelter deemed her in adoptable.This lady is sick and do not give your dog to her!!!!!
