Review: I went to this Petco to get information about a vaccine clinic they were hosting and was shocked by how I was treated. From the moment I asked where to find my information, the staff's behavior was dismissive and condescending. The manager ignored me entirely, and the sales associates spoke to me as if I were doing something wrong. It became clear that I was being profiled and treated like a crazy person--simply for asking a basic question about a service they advertise. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or singled out because of what they look like, especially at a place that is supposed to care about pets and the people who love them. This experience was unacceptable and hurtful. Petco needs to address how its employees are trained in customer service and ensure that no one else has to endure the kind of discrimination I faced. Start seriously train your employees!You have a black female employee that was not helpful and didn't acknowledge or look at the customer when ask if they carried a certain product. I brought my dog here for the first time today for a spa day and they were fantastic. Faye, one of the managers in the grooming department, was fantastic and very helpful in setting correct expectations. I don't recall the other woman's name who performed the services for my girl, Jada, but she did an amazing job. Jada left fresh, clean, and smelling great. Petco spa day for the win! Do not waste your time coming here. The groomer told me, "If your dog is over 25 lbs, I can't do it", I think this should be explicitly stated on the website, so I expressed my concerns. The groomer stated, "Only when I'm here". Regardless, petco should not advertise that they can do this service. I wasted my time, and I will no longer be coming to petco and will bring my services to petsmart. read more

Bought my dog a bag of treats today and found it crawling with little worm looking things. Normally I order everything for my dog from Chewy but I was passing by Petco and stopped in. Im absolutely disgusted and will not ever go back to another Petco. I've heard of this happening with their dog food bags and shouldn't have even risked it with the dog treats. read more

Jesus was very helpful today. I wasn't able to lift a 25lb kitty litter box and he graciously brought the box out to my car. He was very friendly and wouldn't accept a tip. The staff at this Petco has always been very nice. The store is clean and I have always found everything I have been looking for. Nicely stocked and nicely staffed. read more

Not a very good experience. First time taking my dog to get her nails trimmed and, due to covid, walk-ins are no longer allowed (totally understandable). However, this hasn't been reflected on the website and the signs in store make it seem like some services aren't being offered. I am only giving them 1 star because there is no way to post this with no stars! I have a rewards account and shopped there (Not my regular store)for my dog food. The cashier said he could not find the account and charged me full price. The next day I stopped at the store that I normally shop at and they had no problem pulling up my account but said I had to go back to the original store for the refund. I did that and the same cashier took my receipt and gave me a story that he had to do paperwork and that I would see the credit. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED! I have called this store twice to speak to the store manager and she does not return calls. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office and nothing came of it. It is no longer about the money, it is about the lack of service and honesty on the part of the cashier.
