I'm a beginner and thought it was a great idea to take them in since it really is best to buy a used set when you start playing and slowly build up your clubs. As soon as I walked in, mind you, I work at a golf course, these 2 women gave me the ugliest looks and asked me what I needed. I wanted to pawn these so that someone else who had decided to play could have a good set to begin with. They informed me they were not accepting clubs and that it was winter. Yes, but I personally see people everyday, as long as its warm, people will play golf. It was the reception I received from your employees that gave me a bad experience in your shop, so I will donate these clubs to a local high school student that might not be able to afford a set. I will never suggest or go to this place of business again.

They are super helpful at making sure you get what you won and they'll make sure it's loaded on a cart, and taken to the front of the storehouse (especially if it's the smaller things). Their help is generous and kind! From the front, you can load your items into your vehicle. Also, remember that you save $$ if you pay by cash because there's a higher premium on credit card payments. All in all, it was a good first experience.
