Tickets were not expensive but there is a 2 item minimum - be it alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or a snack. Thankfully, the drinks are very reasonably priced but they really need to increase their snack options. The servers do a great job hustling to get drink orders placed prior to the show starting - great venue and staff and loved all the talent today!

I read beforehand that there was a two purchase minimum but it didn't seem like it was strictly enforced. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. There aren't a lot of food options - just popcorn and nachos. They serve alcohol, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. The service is friendly and they gave out complimentary bottles of water. The show was great and the tech was in proper order so that the comedian could use music, photos, and video clips in his show. I would come here again when a favorite comedian of mine is in town.

First off, the seating arrangement was so tight we all may as well have been packed onto Olympic toboggans headed downhill toward disappointment. And don't laugh too hard or you'll end up in somebody's lap. We were all some pretty healthy-sized folks in there, packed together like Thanksgiving leftovers in a Tupperware container fighting for survival. If one person needed to use the restroom, half the row had to stand up like synchronized survivors evacuating a submarine. Future guests should either hydrate carefully or just wear a diaper and commit to the experience. Then came the ventilation. Or lack of it. The air inside felt like somebody sealed us inside a storage tote with body heat and bad decisions. The heat was unbelievable. Calling it a "comedy lounge" is generous. It was more like a steam room where Corey Holcomb happened to be telling jokes. By the middle of the show, people looked less like audience members and more like rotisserie chickens fighting for consciousness. Corey was funny. The venue itself felt like a fire code violation with appetizers.

They don't answer the phone but say that's when they're open. No one was there at the desk. A staff member at Hockeytown told me they might be there an 1.5 before a show. So I kill another hour to be safe and come back. Wait in line, buy two tickets for a show in a few weeks. I'm a former customer on their email list. Give my email and they promise to email the tickets. It's a week before the show and I realize I have no tickets. Call the main line, email twice. No response until two days before. They finally send my tickets (no they weren't in my spam folder). I see all the service charges and processing fee bs that I'd get if I bought them online instead of driving there to save the fees. In fact, the charge was MORE than if I had purchased online. I've seen two shows here and like the intimate venue, but won't purchase tickets again until they get rid of their junk fees for in person purchases. In addition, the parking lot nextdoor that's literally connected charges $45 to park for an hour show. More than the cost of your ticket. No thanks.

I have been to a few improv shows here in the past…read more The seating is very basic, provides an intimate feel with the Improv troupe. Narrator takes themes and prompts from the crowd. It challenges you and helps you think quick on your feet. Must be able to handle extemporaneous changes in themes too. I also have a friend that participated in the Improv school / program and found it useful. Helped my friend come out of his shell more, not so much funnier in his delivery. You either have it or you don't. I found it amusing and very clear cut who among the troupe excelled at improv. Only a few tend to stand out each show. Kudos to all for their effort nonetheless, it's not easy to do in front of bunch of strangers.
