Place felt like it was quickly put together. . . . Clientele are people who drive around in giant pick up trucks and wish they lived in Florida. No thank you. As far as covid protocols are concerned... Very RELAXED. Find me elsewhere.

    Was alright.

Foods was hit or miss, some were good some were not, I guess it's depend on how rush they were. Service was alright depend on who you went up to some were nice some were rude. It's a great hangout spot but I wish it was more organized, like what the point of all you can play if you don't have a system for a waitlist for each game.

I could see this place being a free for all post covid reopening. Everyone was pretty friendly and helped explain everything, but it was also a slow week night. They offered a $10 do anything* pass for the whole night with w exceptional feather bowling and axe throwing. That leaves about 5 games. It was so empty we were the only ones in that area so we never had to wait to play anything. We had a $15 pretzle with 3 dipping sauces. It had enough salt to cure a whole cow. But was very good. We had 4 beers total and the bill with tip was just under $40. Plus the $20 for the activities and it was a $60 date night (about 2 hours). A bit pricy, but would have been worse if it was busier. Then we would have just drank more beer. I did drop a star because I saw some food prep when the kitchen doors were open. No masks. No gloves. Hope they washed their hands (I know one couldn't have after bringing used beer glasses back to the bar then going and immediately adding cheese to a plate.

The boys say I'm very accurate and could do very well in competition. I can't exactly say why it's such a good time throwing an axe at a target. It's awkward at first; but once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy. My favourite joke being "No drinking and axe throwing". It turns out that there is. They have beers, craft/draft/domestic cans and other spirits available. We don't really indulge in it, but nice to know you can get all liquored up and chuck an axe at the wall. Maybe the location for your next party? The key to this is the hands-on assistance. Axe masters Steve (great name) and Miranda take the time to teach you. It's not all hatchets; they have other items to throw like knives and big axes. Pro Tip: Call for a reservation. Especially if you have a larger group. If you can, bring a smaller group of people. Four worked great for us! A two hour package is perfect. Time for a lesson, plenty of time to throw! 11/24

Good job guys. The place is easy to find. Parking lot is massive. I saw the tiki themed patio before the entrance, but it was empty so we proceeded inside. We walked in and were mesmerized. The decor is on point. Like Disney level (and I found out why later in the evening). No detail was left out. I could visit ten more times and would find new areas and details I missed. The interior design is simply next level. Seating choices and plentiful. From couches to tables to patio, you're covered. So the menu... Many tiki drinks to choose from, but we went with classics. The painkiller and mai tai were outstanding. No fake coconut taste and good quality runs. The zombie was a little off for me due to the juices I think. Love that they have a clear partnership with Kōloa rums from Hawaii. I really enjoy these rums! I researched food before arriving and saw there are no vegan options, so we didn't eat. Plenty of things for omnivores though. Kayla, our server, was so nice. She checked in frequently. So did the other waitress. They work as a team, so doubly great service. It was trivia night on Thursday. This wrapped up and the place cleared out. There is a patio with a fanciest animatronic volcano I have ever seen. Shows are at 9 and 9:45. Check out the videos of it. In between all of this, there are tropical birds singing, conversing and entertaining you from above. There's a fireplace place, a TV, axe throwing as well. So much fun to be had. As the last few stragglers in the place, we received the best gift from Gary, the owner. He offered to show us around. Gary and his son Cody have brought their visions to life. They road trip to pick up props and decor. They handcraft much of the statues and scenes in the place. Cody loves Disney (who doesn't) and leans into the immersive experience. The sky is the limit here. Most of the year is dedicated to the haunted house and Christmas wonderland. I cannot wait to visit these attractions. Well done gentlemen!

Various comfortable seating throughout and on the patio too. Super clean place. Obviously well managed. It's our first time here. I understand they recently remodeled. Walk around and explore the place. They've done a great job with the layout and decorations / artifacts. The menu is appetizers, tacos, and pizza. We all tried a little of everything. It was all delicious. Do check out their speciality drink menu. Several unique offerings. Service was very good and friendly too. Stop by and check it out. You'll be glad you did. Highly recommended.

I would prefer no alcohol, however, since this was a volunteer participation activity for the crew, it was everyone for themselves. The gang started off on the first floor at the lounge. There's a large variety of games to get things started, even on the walls, themselves. There's also a cafe with a few pretty good food options. Eventually, we migrated to the second floor and began wielding the axes. If you've read my previous writings you'll understand why I was disqualified and Marshalled the events. FWIW, at the end I threw against the top axe chucker and thoroughly cleaned his clock. This should garner me creds amongst the younger folk. Back downstairs for more snacks, drinks and the results. Thanks to the folks at Detroit Axe for an incredible experience. This will most likely be an annual event. 11/25

He answered our questions, explained the rules well reinforced safety and I think he enjoyed our competitive banter! The hour went by quick, because we were having fun. There are bottled/ canned adult beverages, pop and water in a small cooler, a sitting area near the entrance and higher tables closer to the stalls where the action is. But I found the bar height chairs uncomfortable and stood instead: I'm 6'1" and the bar to rest your feet on was too high up (my knees weren't comfortable) Plus tables nearby if your party is larger. 2nd sitting area in back and 2 gender neutral restrooms which are accessible for those with mobility limitations. It's very spacious inside and not really noisy, out of the 6 throwing stalls I think 4 of them were occupied this early Saturday evening. They played good music too! Lots of parking as they're in a strip of businesses and handicapped parking is available in the lot. But depending on where you park you're likely going 150 feet to the entrance which has no steps, except for curb to walkway which also has ramped areas. I don't know about prices because the activity was a Christmas present and the same person bought my drink. But I had a great time and would recommend you come check it out. I'd say it's adults only due to the dimensions of space/ target etc. But call ahead and ask them for their recommendations/ rules.
