If you're looking for someone who truly understands modern car audio, look no further than Tom at…read moreBlossom Installations. His recommendation of the Kicker KeyLoc and Kicker LX1200.5 was absolutely spot‑on for my setup. The system sounds incredibly tight, clean, and powerful -- exactly what I was hoping for, and honestly better than I expected. Tom has all the proper tools, tuning equipment, and computer programs needed to make an audio system perform at its peak. He's super friendly, clearly loves what he does, and that passion shows in the quality of his work. He's the kind of person you can trust with designing and installing a system, especially with today's complicated factory audio setups where there's way too much misinformation online about wiring diagrams. What really sets Tom apart is that he has access to the correct technical information, so your system gets wired properly the first time. Save yourself the headache of guessing, Googling, or dealing with bad advice -- just reach out to Blossom Installations. His prices are more than fair, and the results speak for themselves. I'm extremely happy I went to him. Angel

Left voicemail early evening requesting timely callback or I would have to 'move on'. Rather than respond to the opportunity Tom wrote back the following on 8/8/26: "Gmorning, as per your last voice message you are welcome to move on. I am not interested in the work. Thanks , Tom" Oh well, fortunately, there are other more professional service provides such as Bee Assured and HDP Mobile.

Anyway, I took my scooter in for service on a Monday. I have a place in Stroudsburg but live about an hour and 20 mins away. I was staying in Stroudsburg for the week and expected to have the scooter back in a few days. My scooter is an older Honda. They called me on Tuesday the day after I dropped it off and said it needs a brake cable but Honda doesn't make the part anymore so they have to locate it. By Friday I call for a status update. They tell me they cant find the part anywhere locally and they may have to order it. So the whole week I'm in Stroudsburg I'm out of my scooter. They end up having the scooter two weeks and still no part. So I call and ask if I can order the part and have it shipped to them. So that's what I did. The part arrived on a Tuesday. They leave a voice mail the next day, Wednesday to say the scooter is ready for pick up. Well now I'm back at home and work mon-fri 7 to 4. Their hours are until 4 on weekdays. I had a wedding that Saturday so I couldn't pick it up Saturday. The following Wednesday the owner calls and says we called to let you know your scooters ready. I said yes I know. I live an hour and 20 mins away. I brought it in when I was in Stroudsburg for the week expecting it would be complete in a few days. I'm planning to drive the hour and 20 mins each way to pick it up Saturday. She says ok If you don't pick it up by Saturday were going to start charging daily storage fees because its been here a while. Really? They had the scooter 3 weeks fixing it and they want to charge me for storage after a week. That's a bit ridiculous and unreasonable. They may still have it if I didn't order the part. Perhaps they have had problems in the past with people not picking up their bikes but use a little common sense and customer service skills.

He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs
