I was in Victoria for 6 weeks on a project and One Yoga was one of the biggest highlights of my stay. I squeezed in as many visits as I could once I experienced their blissful and powerful classes and was so sad to leave it behind when I returned home. Truly, One Yoga reignited my passion for yoga. The studio is beautiful...large and airy. The teachers are thoughtful, inspiring and lead dynamic and interesting classes. Everyone who attends class is lovely. It's a supportive and warm community. The heat relaxes tight muscles and I can even tolerate summer heat better, now. I knew fitness classes were not my thing, but I took one to make the quota for a challenge. Now I go to a variety of fitness classes nearly every day + go to deep stretch classes. I've had my membership for 3 years, and it's very reasonable. The facility is clean, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Classes are very comfortable as the lighting is dim and we are always encouraged to work to our own level and not risk injury. I am thrilled with the results of my membership. Classes have improved my strength, mobility, energy and pain levels, skin and mood. It's a happy and comfortable place to go to. As to another review, letting surfaces air dry, rather than rubbing with a cloth is the standard procedure in hospitals for disinfection, as it permits the solution to sit on the surface longer.

I noticed that Oxygen has really streamlined the business and minimized costs. It's located in a shopping plaza. It might be different during the day, but for an evening class there were no staff, and the participants waited outdoors for the instructor, then checked themselves in on an iPad. There are no changerooms, just two bathrooms and a single shower (which appeared unused despite this location being 100% hot yoga). We were asked to leave our clothes and valuables by the (locked) front door... there was no other storage for clothes, and I think many people left their coats in their cars. At the end of the class, we were asked to spray our borrowed blocks but no need to wipe them (no paper or cloth towels available - again less overhead costs). I think the owner of this business has a good thing going, from their perspective at least.
