This transition from Lamplighter MHP, where we endured approximently 3 years of an ongoing nightmare of RACIST treatment, has been transformative. Ms. Romero is a professional who takes great care and pride in our community. We have resided here for nearly two years. A drive through our park reveals the incredible attention to detail in general maintenance. Notably, since our move from across the street we have not experienced any thefts. In contrast, the park we left behind neglected the homeless individuals residing near a Hobo camp on the river. To date, they have been known to enter during late hours and steal unsecured items from yards and driveways. Although I rarely leave reviews, I am highly impressed by the quality of life and the outstanding management team that provide it. No wait they do acknowledge those are unsafe, make sure to reduce your rent because you can't use those. Almost a year without repairs now. Notice the holes in the exterior with red tape covering? Yup, that's been a year too. Bullet holes in siding, yup you get the idea. Maybe this year the pools will actually be cleaned for holiday weekends? Now ask yourself what the interior must be like that you can't even see? When they are willing for you to see these deficiencies outside, then what are they hiding? But a facility like this must have great management team at least to make up for the deteriorating complex, right? No you silly rabbit. The manager is utterly in personable. Dare you walk in the office for a question. See that glare of annoyance? Yup, it's not just you. Assistant manager is nice, but clearly just there to fill units. No authority to make actual changes. Got our floors done by them in February of 2023. They subcontracted the install, and the…read morecontractors didn't put the trim around my floors back on properly. They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

They watch out their windows and make sure you don't have more than 4 guests swimming and that you are down by the pool. There's no diversity here, most are older European Americans. And if there are people of color, they don't come out because of all the complaints that get reported to BRANDY who in turn calls you up telling you to stop doing what you're doing or get kicked out. I've been here 3 months and I'm ready to move. The lake stinks like sewer and the people here stink too. ​I had my grand daughter spending weekends with me but that got cut off because if someone stays more than 7 days, they're considered a resident. I can't watch TV after 10pm cause my neighbor claims my tv is too loud. And even Brandy told me that everyone is watching me. Like what the heck!!? If you like peace and privacy, this isn't the place for you. People are grouchy and rude!! Time for me to get a house again. I had one for 10 years and decided to try apartment living. Nope!!! Apartment living is not for me.
