Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

When I called to book the appointment, the gentleman on the phone told me that the area rug would be extra - I couldn't understand why he couldn't just count that as the fifth room. I agreed to pay the extra. The guy who came out was running late but called me to warn me of this, which I appreciated. He worked so hard and was extremely thorough. He even helped my husband move a couple of pieces of furniture since I am pregnant and could not.
