As this was a present for my mom, I asked to clean specific areas. She said she didn't have a computer or a fax so I had to text them to her???? Ok, I did thought it was very odd and to make matters worse - I never heard back from her. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (we are all busy) but I just received a call that she has to cancel and advised me to find someone else. This call was made less than 24 hours from her scheduled service for my mom. From the attention to detail, the corners they got into, the questions they ask about what I wanted done, we could tell that every single thing in our home had been touched, moved, cleaned under, on top of, you name it. The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.
