If you can think of it, then we can do it for you! How nice would it be to own a lake house and never have to worry about the small ins and outs? We offer a multitude of customizable concierge services including, but not limited to, annual memberships, whole house remodels, lawn maintenance, watercraft battery replacements, boat lift and piling repairs, lake tours, boating classes, on-site fuel delivery, post storm clean ups and more! We specialize in installations such as underwater fishing lights, rope swings, aqua hammocks, buoys, fences, pilings, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We are also launching a NEW rental company on May 1st, 2024, where we will be renting out pontoon boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, wake boards, towables, surf boards, golf carts and more. Come on out to Lake Livingston and enjoy some fun in the sun!

Established in 2021.

Since the day my wife and I bought our lake house 8 years ago, I have struggled to find anybody trustworthy and reliable, that didn’t try to gouge me with “waterfront pricing,” and that didn’t run off with my money prior to finishing the job. For this reason, I decided to open The Lake Life Concierge! I grew up in a small business environment that has always been a relationship driven, customer centric, community first, growth model. After college I found myself in the mortgage business and applied that same growth model to every company I have managed, owned, or consulted for since. I have put together a list of vendors that are both local and from Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe that are looking forward to working on the water. My objective is to remove “waterfront pricing” from the local market and to put SERVICE front and center. My wife Cara, our daughter Kylie, our two Akita pups, and the whole team here at The Lake Life Concierge are very excited to make your lake life amazing!
