I put in a request to repair the bathroom Fossett the sink faucet in the kitchen sink faucet and the disposal. After three months of waiting I decided to move out. The previous people for agreeing to month-to-month as my parents are elderly and my mom has Alzheimer's. The new buyers used with the money I had paid ahead and increase the rent without my knowledge or approval. The tone of the workers is hostile, disagreeable, argumentative. I do not recommend this company. The properties are OK they are pretty neglected. It is a quiet place but there's a lot of foot traffic and drug use. Now since moving out they are price gouging me with move out costs they want $60 to replace burner plates which only cost $10. They want 20 or $40 for a mini blind it only costs about five dollars at Walmart. Very flimsy they broke the first few days of me being there. Due to state closing borders I had to move quickly and cleaned everything except for the stove and the kitchen counters. As mentioned before the sinks were stopped up and they did not repair them so they're trying to charge me with cleaning of that. Again I cannot recommend this property or company. Good luck.

He has a background in construction and understands what it takes to look at a house and to see if it's up to par or not, this is very important when he is representing you while doing an inspection. Again I've spoken to other inspectors in the past and by talking to this gentleman you can tell that he truly cares about what he does and I would highly recommend Dan!
