My first hypnotherapy session was a little over two months ago and the change in my body image has been so positive. I find I am wearing much more colorful clothing (I used to only wear black), and shopping has become fun again. Lisa made me 2 recordings for the body image, one of which I can drift off to sleep while listening. Recently, I went back to have another session to focus on weight loss. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I no longer crave sugar, but instead focus on healthy food and actually crave veggies. Again, she made me a recording so that I can listen over and over again.
