Today I packed up my kids, activities and all so they'd behave, and drove to the office. I called when I got in because the door was shut and the shade on the window was down. Five minutes later the lights went off in the office but no one came out. I called again. Nothing so we all packed back up and left. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience. There's a point where there's a lack of organization and customer service that seems somewhat narcissistic. This might be there.

I had been a 'Botox vagrant' for about a year after my longtime provider left RI. I tried other providers who were delivering poor results and/or had (borderline) predatory pricing. Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I arrived at the office first thing the morning of my appointment & found it to be clean, discreet & well appointed. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance.
