I was nervous as this was my first time doing anything to my face, but Jana put me at ease right away and answered all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the best product to use for me. Jana made me feel very comfortable and explained every step before and during the procedure. I wanted to do something to my lips, to make them look fuller, but yet natural looking. She suggested Juvederm Volbella. She took before and after pictures, numbed my lips with a cream and checked with me the next day and few days after the procedure. Truly a flawless experience! My lips now are amazing! Ok, so I haven't really ever paid attention to my skin. Over the counter products have been doing the trick for the past 38 years. Until this winter when my skin decided to go through some changes without my consent! I became dry, red, and my pores looked awful! I made an appointment with Tracy for a peel, one that was specifically good for fair, light skin. The whole process took about an hour and when she was done my skin felt amazing! I could tell that it was on it's way to healing from whatever had derailed it in the first place. Tracy was a wealth of knowledge on top of it all. She explained a lot about my skin and suggested some products, and yes they are expensive, but first she sent me home with a bunch of samples to see if I liked them first, and if they worked for me. I moved to Newport recently and was in desperate need of some Botox. I'm always leery about who I go to and being new to a city it can be challenging. So I asked my hairstylist and she told me about Jana. I made an appointment to get some Botox done in January and she did a fantastic job! It's been months and still looks awesome! So now I decided to get my lips filled! I have lots of fine lines on my upper lip and feel they've lost their youthful appearance. Well Jana did an amazing job shaping and plumping them! Jana is so skilled. I had never had facial fillers and was afraid I'd walk out looking like the stay-puft marshmallow, but my results were so natural that one would never guess. There was some initial swelling, but Jana was immediately available for follow up. She reassured me that it would subside in a day, which it did, and even gave me some anti-inflammatories to put me at ease.
