Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. The laser barely hurt. I was very happy with the experience and have gone back a few times and the hair is almost already gone.
