When I arrived, I explained that I've had laser treatments and barely have any hair left -- for example, just a few strands on my underarms. Despite that, she treated it like a full session and still charged me the full price, even though there was very little to remove. The experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She asked me to undress right in front of her while she just stood and watched, offering no robe or towel for privacy or comfort. She also did not wear gloves, even for intimate areas, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room conditions were also unsanitary -- she was double-dipping the wax stick into the pot and using a sticky wax instead of hard wax, which made the process more painful than it needed to be. Throughout the session, she kept asking personal questions, adding to the discomfort. When it came time to pay, she suddenly raised the price to $190, claiming the Brazilian wasn't included -- even though I had confirmed it beforehand. She only offered a $10 first-time customer discount, which felt unfair given the misinformation and poor service. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unhygienic salon experiences I've ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came in tonight for a Brow cleanup, and held my lid skin taut like we're always asked to do. I didn't recognize the technician, younger lady, at this visit. I felt like her pressure on my skin was a bit rough, but I figured she was grabbing the lighter hairs and did what she needed to do. She soon asked about a bump on my left lid. I told her that it was (ironically) a scar from a threading gone bad... that I was nicked (at a different business), left with a scab, and that scar was the result. She kept asking if/insisting it was a pimple or blackhead. Let's pause for reaction here:: In all my life, I've never seen a pimple grow on a eyelid (at least never on mine... is that even possible?). Regardless, this scar that I lived through was most definitely from a prior unsuccessful threading incident. It wasn't until I emerged from the chair and looked in the mirror I realized I HAD BEEN NICKED! I asked calmly what happened, as I felt a mild sting (but was kinda used to that sting we get right after threading). She blamed me, for I was pulling too hard, and she clipped the "pimple". (For the record, the last time I was nicked like that, I was blamed for letting go, and my eyelid wasn't taut enough to glide over.) Had she simply apologized, or even acknowledged the slip, I would've let it be. Nope, she tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault for tugging "too hard", and insisting my scar was a pimple. Folks, whether the surface of your eyelids are smooth as eggs or bumpy like a moon surface, a good threading technician should be able to adjust their pull, swipe, and pressure adequately, or at the very least GIVE YOU CUES to keep your skin safe from harm. Regardless, I leave the photographic evidence posted. #NoFilter. Stars kept for decent shaping, no wait, and observance of covid safety precautions. Price is now $10.

I ordered some food before parking from a store a few doors down, picked it up and dropped it off to my car Before I even stepped foot outside my car, I decided to do a little research to see what the reviews said. They were pretty good, so I was a bit more confident in my choice to proceeded to get my eyebrows threaded. The establishment is "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" "just right" in size; not too big and not too small. The lady who did my eyebrows moved so quickly in doing them, that I was getting the feeling that my eyebrows were going to look horrid because surely, one cannot do an impressive job if they're moving so fast....right? I'm glad to say that I was wrong and pleasantly surprised at the outcome. My eyebrows almost looked like twins. I would definitely consider stopping by again if I can convince myself that I'm not cheating on my eyebrow lady because in my experience, a good eyebrow place is hard to come by. It's good to know that I have more than one option now...should I need it.

It is very unlike me to go anywhere that i'm not 100% sure about because, i mean...your brows are on your face, there's no covering them up if they're botched. To my surprise my eyebrows came out STELLAR! I had gotten them done at european wax center a month prior and the woman ruined them and made them uneven. I don't remember the name of the woman who did my eyebrows but whoever she was she did a fantastic job and fixed them right up. would recommend this place!

She will ask you what you want/like and she makes it her business to give you exactly what you want, even better. She takes her time and does NOT rush, so expect to be there for atleast 30mins but it's totally worth it! She uses hard wax which is more gentle on the skin compared to wax used at a nail salon. Especially, for those who have sensitive skin, this is perfect for you. She completes the eyebrows with powder to fill in the brow. For both the eyebrows and lip, she used natural/organic tree oil to soothe the skin and to reduce inflammation. She explains after care and her schedule is great. She there Monday-Saturday. There's even late appointments so she perfect to go to after work, if you can't make it during the day. As mentioned, you would be there for atleast 30minutes, so the way she sets up her schedule, you're not double booked with anyone else and if you have to wait, it's only for a few minutes. I waited like 5-6 minutes. But again she's VERY thorough and detail orientated so that's expected. Parking is NOT an issue and the building is nice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give her. She will have you walking out feeling like a brand new woman. My next appointment is in 3 weeks and I'll be having the same service plus brow tinting. I can't wait!
