I read all the do's and don't's about lash…read moreextensions, but still wanted to try it because I just don't have time to mess with all that mascara. Additionally, my eyes are so sensitive to mascara, even hypo-allergenic mascara. I was tired of having my eyes water all day long because of the mascara, and I felt like my eyes disappeared entirely without something to frame them. My real lashes are there, but they are fairly short. This is the best thing I have ever done for my face. Even just getting out of bed in the morning, I have no need to apply makeup. Cathi was so good at explaining how to care for them, and made me so comfortable during the procedure, I could have fallen asleep. With my second visit, she added a few longer lashes and thickened them up by adding more. I LOVE them and can't imagine ever being without them again. This is well worth the price, and the time it saves you when you are getting ready to go out......just apply some blush and some powder. You're ready to go!!

This was my third fill at lashville, my two previous appointments were good, on this occasion the…read moreowner Cathy texts me 2 hours earlier telling me that she had a cancellation, when I arrived I showed her the pictures of my previous volume lashes , she worked on me from 2:15 through 3:30 pm a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, at the end of my session it was a total disappointment, my lashes did not have the volume that I was expecting, I was under the impression that it was going to be the price for 3 weeks fills like it is mentioned on her website, to my surprise I feel that I overpaid for the services performed ,I requested just a fill and she charges me 150 dollars plus 5 dollars for the credit card machine,because of the look of the lashes and big gap she left between lashes I feel ripped off, so beware P.D. I tried contacting Lashville to fix things but she ignored my 2 texts

Cathi, the owner of Lasheville continues to email and harass me which has made this experience so…read moremuch worse. She describes it as trying to "chase" me down which I feel is accurate. I do feel chased and I'm definitely running in the other direction. What was supposed to be a nice pampering experience turned into a botched job and then dealing with an off the rails owner who is still wondering why I wouldn't have wanted to come back in to see her.

In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.

Sonja is an instuctor to new lash ladies and knows the limits of your specific natural underlying lashes and what they can hold in order to keep the natural lashes healthy. I maintain my lashes every 3 weeks and they even stay put on vacation in salt water scuba diving adventures. I love never having to use mascara and rarely even need makeup because my lashes always give me such a great look. Highly recomment this company for your lashes. Worth every penny!
