When I got in my car I noticed I had black glue all over my eyelids. I also immediately had 5-6 CHUNKS of lashes fall out when I brushed through them because of how they were applied. All corners of my eyes have no lashes already and it's been less than 12 hours since I've gotten them. I was going to go back in and ask for help but then I got hit with the text of my bill being over $200 and asking how much I wanted to tip on top of that. I am not trying to be charged again for them to remove them. I am giving them some stars just cause staff is friendly and the place was pretty clean! but 1000% do not recommend.

In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still.
