Unfortunately, I was left with bleached, orange/brassy roots, which was not an acceptable result--especially considering the service cost me $300 including the tip. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I spent weeks going back and forth with the manager, Christina, before eventually receiving a partial refund. During our phone conversations, I found her communication to be dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly minimized, and she initially questioned my account of what had happened. It was only after I provided time-stamped photographs documenting my hair immediately after the service that my concerns were taken more seriously. I understand that hair services can sometimes require adjustments, but I expect a professional salon to listen carefully to what a client requests, communicate clearly throughout the process, and take responsibility when the result falls significantly short of those expectations. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here. I've suffered with hormonal /cystic acne since my early teens.
