I honestly wish I had even 1 thing good to say about this business, it's not even just the location. Lash lounge as a company is just a money grab, you have to pay close to 300$ to get any kind of volume in the lashes, they use pre made fans, they only have a certain amount of lash fans they can use on a customer, each extra fan is another dollar, they don't ask the style of lash you want, give you inconsistent lash lengths, and they somehow make that last 2 hours. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At the end of all of that, they took it upon themselves to add the subscription to my friends account without their knowledge, who has only been to each location once[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Everything about it is cheap, but you're paying the price for a "luxury" experience. I've gotten better service, quality, and pricing from any independent lash tech, I suggest everyone spend their hard earned money elsewhere until their standards have changed. read more

I had a membership here for 3 months. Let me tell you it was a nightmare 1. I could never get to the desired fullness I wanted I even paid for extra lashes, I paid for a better stylist I was paying $200+ a month for my lashes to never be where I want. When I am telling you my eyelash extensions got rock hard they got ROCK hard. They HURT. They all needed to be taken out. I call & I find out they without informing me used a different glue on me then they normally use. They quoted me $300 for a new set of lashes! When they are the ones who messed up. They acted like them removing them & taking off the removal fee was good enough. This place is a scam. I had an appointment a year or so ago. I paid 180$ to get my eyebrows threaded, and my eyelashes and eyebrows dyed. The color lasted two days. There was no color to my eyebrows or eyelashes by the third day which was the wedding I was doing ALL this for. The surface the day that it was given was adequate. I had my eyelashes dyed and my eyebrows threaded and died as well two days before my youngest daughter's best friend's wedding. By the day of the wedding, the color was completely gone. They would only offer to refund the coloring of my eyelashes, not the coloring of my eyebrows. I didn't feel a refund for the Eyebrows Threding was necessary because it was fine. But they didn't refund the total and I feel they should have. My first experience here & it didn't go well. I got hybrid lashes which costed about $175 (so expensive). they looked cute when I left but I ended up losing 60% of my lashes in just 3 days. I called them & they did have me come back in so they could fix them which was great- until the new lashes only lasted about a week after that. Idk it must be the glue they use I honestly don't know. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! This is the most scammy salon I have ever experienced. These photos were taken the same day I got my lashes done here. I went in for a FULL VOLUME SET level 2, and this is what I left with. Absolutely shit work, and it took the girl 2 and 1/2 hours!! To do what looks like a horrendous basic classic style set. Oh and let's talk about the price, $229 for these !! This was the biggest joke of my life. As you can see in the pictures they don't even look symmetrical, full or even filled in all the way. I don't know who they hire to work at this scam hole, but obviously not a single person in there knows how to do lashes. If you want your lashes done literally go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I came here as a last resort because my lash girl couldn't get me in before my trip. It was a horrible experience. They took over an hour for my lashes to look the exact same as I went in. I really don't know what my stylist did for the whole hour. My normal lash girl can get my lashes filled in under 30mins and they look flawless, but for over an hour laying there just for my lashes to look like they added maybe one or 2 was disappointing especially for paying 120 read more

The membership is a trap. If you feel the need to go to this place I do not recommend the membership. Even after you cancel they still charge you $109 one last time(it says so in the cancelation paper that you sign) This is a very money hungry business. I misunderstood what it meant to freeze my account. I was charged BEFORE my freeze was up and when I called and spoke to Terra she was very unforgiving, didn't care that it was a mistake and that I needed help. She just told me she would not give me my money back and I could still use my credits. I told her I stopped coming in because I was allergic to the glue they use and she didn't care. So I am now out $220 dollars for services I cannot even use. Terra alone is the reason I will not be coming back. My review is specific to the customer service you receive as a member. I chose to freeze my membership since it's a pandemic & my family has been hit hard financially. I was promised by the OWNER that he would call me before my last month of the freeze so we could discuss if I wanted to cancel or not. Well I realized today was the 9th (my membership renews on the 7th) and I called because I realized no one ever called me & was told that I signed the contract and they're still charging me $109 on the 7th of November. There's absolutely no leeway with this business. Apparently it doesn't matter if the owner promises something or not, they obviously don't stand by their word. The stylists are amazing but their customer service skills will be the reason their business closes. This is just awful.
