I just started going to Serenity for my lashes. I get the classic look. I was very hesitant because I like a very natural look and I feel like now a days the lash extensions look so heavy and over done. Well this girly can do both. She really listened to what I was looking for and I even brought in a picture for reference. Needless to say she blew me away. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I even fell asleep during my first visit. Lash Nap is so cute and welcoming inside, when you walk in it feels like you are in a friends home. My favorite lash studio by far. Erinne is so knowledgeable and kind. Their recliner chairs are extremely comfortable compared to the stiff tables you'd typically see at a studio. There is never an issue with parking, lots of spots, and the area is quiet. I get the best naps in during my appointments lol. I reached out via Instagram and was able to get scheduled in very quickly. Erinne is my lash tech and she is amazing! Please make an appointment before heading in. They're pretty good on time and if you're early, there's a snack area and drinks in the fridge! The studio is decked out based on each holiday and it definitely had a welcoming entrance. The lash beds are large couches that flip in, they look really cute and is super unique. Erinne does a great job at explaining everything that is going on. She puts on my gel packs and then sets me up. She provides an update on my lash status which I love. Please note that they charge by the hour so you can choose how filled you want your lashes to be. Oh, and they'll let you know two hours into your appointment they charge by the hour. My appointment was at 2pm, she told me to come in 230 because she was running late, and she didn't take me till almost 3 PM. There's more. I'll spare you the details. Just go somewhere else if you value your time, and prefer not to be blamed when services aren't what you expected. ETA: If you would've allowed me a day to let them settle in, I may have been OK with them. The lashes are pretty. Just not what I expected. And also kind of lopsided. I was confused by your behavior. Most business owners like to make things right when a customer is dissatisfied, especially after investing so much time (while also accommodating your tardiness). My initial reaction was not personal, but you took it as such. You then called me six times in a row, accused me of being drunk, and threatened me with legal action. That's harassment and extortion. I have had lash extensions on and off over the past 10 years. Over the past year with Heather has been the best experience of them all! I feel no need to even take a break from having lashes, for the health of my lashes. I typically keep the extensions very natu natural. I often get comments on how pretty they are. From time to time, I get a more dramatic volume lash which are killer too! My teenage daughter has also been going in to get her completely blond lashes dyed. They look transformative on her! Kali is such a sweetheart and an excellent microblade artist. I am the biggest stickler about my eyebrows and super picky about fullness, color and shape. She worked with me the whole time to get exactly the look I wanted, she has art experience and it shows. To be honest, I searched for an eyelash extension business that I felt comfortable with, and with the name, "The Lash Nap", it had me very intrigued. Then, I took a deep dive into their Insta (@thelashnap) and discovered that not only do they do lashes here, there's also Microblading and tattooing! I can attest that Heather and Erinne doing the lashes are friendly, professional, and do excellent work. Kali (@vixen_beauty_pma), who did my microblading, was phenomenal with the care she took to get them just right - really beautiful work! I went here to get microblading done by Kali. I am forever changed! Kali walks you though the process and spends her time mapping out your face, measuring everything, and drawing outlines to make sure everything is perfect and just how you want it before she actually starts the microblading. It's definitely scary to trust someone with your eyebrows like this but Kali makes the whole process so easy and definitely calms your nerves. I was so impressed at her professionalism and am sooo happy how my eyebrows turned out. It has definitely cut my makeup time way down!! I never want to be without microbladed eyebrows ever again.
