I went here for the first time with my husband for the 90 minute head spa yesterday (Sunday 7/12) and my beautician was Jenny. I don't remember the name of the woman he had. We both LOVED it and had a really wonderful time. It was so relaxing, and Jenny gave me the PERFECT pressure...she made sure to check in every now and then to make sure I was okay (I was falling asleep and jolted....i probably scared her, sorry!! LOL). The waiting area and the room itself was really really cute. There's candy and they offered tea or water after the service. I definitely plan to be back, and I know I will be requesting her! I had an appointment that was canceled by the salon and was informed that my $25 deposit would be refunded. When I followed up after the refund was not processed, I was told the deposit would only be refunded if I removed my previous review. My review was based on my personal experience, and the refund request was for a separate canceled appointment. I expected the refund to be handled independently of any feedback I had left. I just sent a dispute to my bank regarding this charge. This merchant has a lot to improve on customer service experience. I had a pretty bad nail experience here unfortunately. The tech was very sweet but she didn't understand me at all. When I said I wanted a light pink color, she offered me fuschia. When I said light gray, she gave me blue. When I asked what cat eye was, she showed me a picture but I didn't really understand and she couldn't explain. When I pointed at a color and she grabbed the wrong one, I said to the left and she moved right, I would say below and she would go to the top, every instruction was understood opposite-ly, it was so frustrating in the end I said just do clear and that was still a battle. Hence the ugly color choice. I would've been fine with the communication barrier but the biggest issue is when she was filing/drilling. I've never had techs do much with my cuticles because I don't need it but she was pushing and cutting and I flinched several times and said it hurt but she didn't change her method. It got to the point where my pinky was bleeding. When she put the light over my fingers I told her several times that burned so she tried to point it higher up but still came close where I felt a burn. If you look close up in my pic, you'll see my bleeding pinky and you'll see how cut up my cuticles look while polish is applied messy over my skin area surrounding the nail. (No, that is not cuticle oil, no oils or lotions were applied.) You'll also notice the right side of the nail is filed round but the left side is filed square and the tip area is not smooth. I had to point out jagged areas but it's still not smooth. This is the worst nail service I've ever had in my life. It's really a shame because I love the lash service with Kim. I wish I could rate services separately: * lash extensions - 5 stars * head spa - 4 stars (hair part is great but they don't wash your face and all the other headspas I've been to include face wash in the head spa service) * nails - 1 star read more

I had the best Russian manicure experience at Hello Bailey Spa! Julie did my nails, and she's originally from Russia, so you can really tell she knows exactly what she's doing. Her attention to detail is incredible, my cuticles have never looked this clean, and the manicure is so precise and flawless. She took her time, made sure every nail was perfect, and the final result looks so elegant and natural. The whole experience was relaxing, and everyone at the spa was so welcoming. It was my first time in an Head Spa. Lili was incredibile. I scheduled the 90 minutes treatment. I was aware the whole time, but I think I kept coming in and out of a deep meditative state, as I was experiencing dreams. I can't believe how silky, and smooth, my skin and my hairs are! The whole location is beautiful and I felt relaxed just by getting in. I also shared with Lili that I saw the advertisement on Instagram and since Sunday is my birthday I decided to treat myself. Amazing--just amazing. What I love most about this head spa is that you truly get a little bit of everything: one-third facial, one-third massage, and one-third scalp and hair treatment. I honestly lost count of how many steps were involved in my 90-minute session. There were multiple facial creams and masks, along with neck, shoulder, chest, arm, and hand massages, plus a variety of oils, shampoos, and treatments for my hair. I also have fairly sensitive skin, and every product used felt incredibly gentle and natural. I'm very sensitive to scents as well, and nothing was overpowering at all. When I left, my skin was glowing and my hair felt cleaner and softer than it ever has. On top of that, the aesthetic of the spa is absolutely adorable. Everything is floral and pink, but in a soft, elegant way--definitely not over-the-top or obnoxious. The space feels calming, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Ruby is the best- I had the most incredible experience today. My friend and I booked at the same time for the essentials package and we were in the cutest room that was beyond relaxing. I love going to the spa and while this was a completely different experience I left feeling so relaxed and restored. The massage was great and the hair treatment has left my dry, curly hair so soft. The icing on the cake was getting my hair blow dried straight with no frizz in about 10-15 mins. Maybe less. I have a ton of hair and it's thick. Completely shocked that my hair looks this good.
