We both LOVED it and had a really wonderful time. It was so relaxing, and Jenny gave me the PERFECT pressure...she made sure to check in every now and then to make sure I was okay (I was falling asleep and jolted....i probably scared her, sorry!! LOL). The waiting area and the room itself was really really cute. There's candy and they offered tea or water after the service. I definitely plan to be back, and I know I will be requesting her! I do want to try their other services and will update once I do.

I had an appointment that was canceled by the salon and was informed that my $25 deposit would be…read morerefunded. When I followed up after the refund was not processed, I was told the deposit would only be refunded if I removed my previous review. My review was based on my personal experience, and the refund request was for a separate canceled appointment. I expected the refund to be handled independently of any feedback I had left. I just sent a dispute to my bank regarding this charge. This merchant has a lot to improve on customer service experience. I'm sharing this so other customers are aware of how refund requests and review-related concerns were handled in my case. ---------------------------------------- The screenshots speak for themselves. I don't believe any customer should be treated this way.

My experience at Lash Love was beyond my expectations. I was reluctant to try eyelash extensions at first. Especially after hearing about other people's terrifying experiences with lash extensions. However, I just decided to give it a try because I have really straight lashes and my schedule is too busy to deal with mascara. I came across Lash Love while browsing groupon. They had really good reviews which made me feel at ease. I went in for an appointment and the girls were super sweet! They explained everything to me and let me pick how I wanted my lashes. The process took about an hour and I was still a bit nervous throughout. After we were done she handed me a mirror and I couldn't have been more in love with my lashes! This week I will be going in for my 4th fill and I have had absolutely no problem with my lashes. The overwhelmingly positive attention I've received has earned them a returning customer! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! After going to a couple of places and having my eyelash extensions done and being dissatisfied, a friend recommended me to LASH LOVE. From the moment I came in I felt welcomed and the girls were super professional. I was walked through everything and received some amazing tips on caring for my eyelashes. The appointment went smooth and was super comfortable. My eyelashes looked better than ever after my appointment and lasted a surprisingly long time! I came here after having a horrible experience at another lash salon. My friend referred me to Lash Love Beverly Hills and boy am I glad she did! My lash extensions have never looked this good.
