Decided to get my vehicle detailed by Ryan based off of all of the great reviews. He is a very personable guy and does a decent job at what he does. I consider myself a perfectionist and was not super impressed with the attention to "detail." I spent about 1 hour of my own time cleaning areas that were missed inside and out, wiping off overspray reside from the plastic inside panels, and cleaning the streak marks off of the inside and outside of the windows. There is probably good reason why most people detail their vehicles not in direct sunlight. Maybe I set my expectations too high, but for the money I thought I would've gotten a better "detailing." Would give him another shot in the future, but wanted to warn the other perfectionists out there of what you might get. read more

I contacted Ryan last week and we booked a full detailing package the following Monday. He was quick to respond, great communication and the final total was within my quote. My dog decided to play in mud and then got mud all over the whole back seat and the interior of my car that was already dog dirty with hair and dogness. I had two vehicles which needed detailing. One was a nearly new 2023 convertible and the other a 2018 SUV. I wanted to protect the paint on the new one and restore the older one to that like-new shine (there was more than a few scuffs, bumps, and scratches). Ryan showed up right on time and set up in my driveway. He worked on the older car first, giving it a thorough wash and vacuum inside and out. He was able to treat nearly every single blemish in the paint, remove some decals and old stickers, and treat the leather interior. He then did a clay bar treatment and a single layer ceramic. The car looked pristine. He next moved to the newer convertible. It got an exterior wash then he dealt with a bit of crud that had fallen on it in a parking garage but managed to remove it without too much violence. Seven layers of ceramic followed, treating every inch of exterior (save the top). He got the interior back to pristine too, and the shine was back to delivery day. He was methodical, detail oriented, and spent all day (about 9 hours) getting things perfect. I would absolutely have Ryan back to keep these cars looking perfect, he's my kind of perfectionist. read more

They were also able to remove a spilled milk odor that a previous company had attempted to do unsuccessfully. Ryan, CEO of The Last Detail, is amazing! Totally spot on. Pardon the pun. I've got a brand new car and I love that thing. I waited a long time for it. Unfortunately, the door dings happened almost immediately. I hate shared carports. Anyway, these dings were tiny as heck but they bugged me to no end. I perused the internet and BOOM! There came The Last Detail to the rescue. Ryan was responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me all kinds of info on my car that I was clueless about. I have been detailing my car since 2013 and this is the first time I hired a mobile detailer. I just haven't had the time to do work on my car. Ryan arrived early and ready to get started on a 2019 Subaru Outback that has been neglected. He checked over the car with me, asked if I had any areas of concerns that I needed addressed and quickly got started. He paid special attention to the hood area that needed some TLC to get some specks of paint off (a whole other story...) cleaned and shined up the interior including getting mud and dust out.
