I originally had my Rivian wrapped here three years ago, and it still looks great. I needed to come back because my car was hit and had to have part of the wrap removed for the repair. I was quoted a price over text, but when I arrived and he realized I had the SUV, not the truck, he immediately told me it would be less. He could have easily gone with the original quote that I already thought was fair, but he didn't. You don't find that type of honesty and integrity every day. Besides doing a great job on the new wrap, he cleaned up a few other spots on my car that I wasn't expecting to make sure he gave it back to me looking brand new. Plus, he took the time to walk me through his clay bar and wax process, which he definitely didn't need to do, but I very much appreciated and will be using myself at home. Juan applied a 3M clear "bra" to my new Model Y. Most importantly, the work is excellent. The seams are straight, even and barely visible, often hidden. Five stars for doing a great job. But wait, there's more. In addition to the front, hood and side mirrors, Juan applied pieces to the front faces of the rear wheel flares, a wrap around the rear bumper and small strips along the edges of all doors to protect them when opened in a tight spot. Five stars for going above and beyond. And finally, I stupidly hit my garage door trying to park in my steep driveway. That left 2 spots where the wrap was damaged. When I brought the car back to Juan's shop for him to look at, he said he'd repair the damage - at no cost to me. Then he did the work immediately, including touching up a paint chip. Again, the work was flawless and the repair is unnoticeable. Five stars for being a stand-up guy. Had always tried using Ceramic Pro of San Rafael, but he was alway either too busy, like weeks or months out or he couldn't do project as he didn't have access to certain vinyl or PPF products. Ceramic Pro dictates what products and services franchises can offer. Wanted to use colored (black) PPF on the roof of my Audi. The panels were between the black glass sunroof and rear black hatch window. The owner warned me the product was new and untested by him personally but that he would order it, do it and it had a warranty. FREAKING AMAZING!!! Material is beautiful and service above and beyond. Juan did a fantastic job installing PPF on my recently delivered 2022 Tesla Model Y. When we met, he took the time to explain the options, pros and cons of the different film brands and installation techniques he uses. I went with a full frontend wrap with 3M PPF which included the front bumper, front fenders, hood/frunk, door edges, and rear view mirrors. I have a 2007 Lexus Hybrid SUV which I bought from the dealer. At that time, I had a protective wrap which lasted 13 years and saved me the cost and effort of waxing my vehicle. In March of 2020 it became evident that it needed to be replaced. The car looked worn out due to the deterioration of the previous wrap. I took the car to Juan and he not only changed the wrap, he did extras including cleaning and shining the wheels, and removing scrapes and scuff marks all around the vehicle. I would give JG Installers a 10 if I could. Juan @ JG Installers is a breath of fresh air... so honest and takes great pride in his work. He took the time to educate me on all the different products and the very different qualities and warranties. I had no idea there were so many. I called JG after reading his reviews on Yelp. I needed help with a problem with my existing clear paint shield that my local dealer had installed on my car when it was new. There were large bird droppings on the hood and fender of my car that had discolored the clear shield. The dropping had been on my car no more the 24 hours. I contacted the original installer who told me that the 5 year warranty did not cover bird droppings and discoloration. Juan quoted me a very fair price to remove and replace the paint shield, plus use a higher quality product. He even had a loaner car for me and completed the work in a timely manner. The results are amazing, he is a perfectionist ! if you are wondering why there are no 3-4 star ratings its because Juan is a 5 star person who does 5 star work !
