I explicitly talked about the image I wanted to portray, During the shooting session, he told me to squinch my eyes to make my smile look genuine. I actually have a genuine smile, but I complied. I also showed him an image that was taken 5 years ago that I liked. At the end of the session, he told me that he wanted me to see how he finished a headshot to give it a professional edge. He picked an image from the session. It was not the image I chose. When he emailed the image three weeks later, I told him that I did not approve of the touchup. I instructed that when he touched up the chosen image to leave my eyebrows alone. His touchup showed a highly arched brow that did not extend to the outer brow bone. The eyes were squinched, making them appear irritated and the makeup was heavy. I didn't hear from Kuwan for a couple of months after he told me that my brows weren't even. When I finally contacted him again, it took a couple of weeks more for him to get back in touch. The first image he sent back was the same one that I had not chosen and had issues with. I contacted him by phone and asked if he even knew which image I had chosen. He told me how to go back to the website and choose the image. A week later he sent an untouched head shot with red eyes. He said he only did a minimal job because I had complained about the heavy makeup. This was not the professional job I was expecting for $150. I will call American Express to get my fee returned. I have the photos to prove this sham of a professional photographer.

The appointments were completely COVID safe and booked in time slots. I won't pretend I'm an expert at explaining the ins and outs of aura photography, but I think it's so incredible that everyone's unique aura is totally different and can change throughout life. You enter a small dome, put your hands on a machine and sit still while your photo is taken. It's so easy and the process takes no longer than five minutes. During your 15-minute time slot, you get your photo taken. Once it develops, Eileen helps you understand the colors on your personalized photo. She gave me such a beautiful and detailed description. We had a wonderful conversation and I walked away feeling so inspired and in awe about our conversation. I've always wanted to have my aura read, so when I came across the opportunity to have it photographed, I was thrilled! I've never seen aura photographs offered anywhere else. How it works: You go inside of a tent and place your hands on boxes and then the photograph is taken. It's a very quick process, when all is said and done. I love my aura photograph and I'm so glad I did it. The only thing I will say is that it would be cooler if the owner was actually an aura reader.
