When I made it home and checked the box, the ice packs had melted creating a lot of moisture that made the bags soggy and tore open leting all the ingredients all over the place. I didn't know what was for what meal. Also, every item in it was room temperature, including all the meat. As if that not enough, they only included 3 of the 4 meal cards so I didn't know how to make the 4th meal. I called the customer service line and all they would do is refund the $10.99 for my shipping. I asked about how I could get a new box sent but she said they can't do that. So I asked if I was understanding correctly that all I get is my $10.99 shipping back with no way of reordering without paying full price. She just said that's correct. I hung up. This was my experience with my first ever box from them. You whould think that they would try a little harder to show they are worth the money but no. Stay far away from this place?
