I had a great experience at this cleaner. I was looking for one nearby in Surprise, but none were particularly close by and open when I needed them. I was in a bit of a pinch because my long throw pillow's case was in need of a cleaning and it was not washer/dryer safe like I had assumed. I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. What an amazing business! My wedding was in 1984. There were issues that escalated with one of the guests, so we had to leave in a hurry. The train of my dress got stuck in the door of the car and cleaned the Houston freeway for a few miles until someone stopped us. I knew it was ruined so I just rolled it up in a trash bag and put it in a bin in storage all these years. I started thinking my granddaughter might like it so I called Rite. Drove out to Rite Cleaners today from Goodyear, as no dry cleaners in the area have good reviews! I quickly found out why Rite Cleaners has a 5 Star rating on Yelp! I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk, even though she was assisting another customer at the time. She let me know she would be right with me as soon as she was done. Once it was my turn, I advised her that I needed to have a suit pressed. Once she got my address and saw that I lived almost 30 minutes away, she asked if I would like to wait 5 mins for them to press my suit right then so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back. I really didn't mind coming back if needed, but that was such a kind gesture! My suit was beautifully pressed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes! The price wasn't bad at all either! From the moment i got there i entered the wrong way and who i believe was the owner walked me in through the back and made me feel comfortable even the i went the wrong way.
