The payment process is a little confusing but with some help got it sorted out. If you're paying cash to load a card bring ones! The prices of the largest machines are slightly more than what's listed online. But, the place is very clean and well lit. I will definately be back to wash my larger items. read more

The owners are friendly and thoughtful, the prices are competitive for the wash and fold service. They saved throw pillows from in the trash that my old dog had practically ruined, as well as handle a large wash and fold order that I have once a year for my business. Chill place. If I could do my laundry here every time, I most definitely would. It's never too busy.

I used to love this place because they are open 24 hours. However, they no longer offer a bathroom or carts to move your laundry from the washing machines to the dryers. Make sure to bring your laundry' baskets with you and be prepared to have to make several trips back and forth. I do laundry for my business here and I'm here twice a week. So I take up the really large washing machines and of course the laundry won't all fit in my basket to move it to the dryer. I know they were having issues with people doing the carts at night, and organics wanting to use the bathroom, but it really sets up there to customers end up paying the price. Maybe they should invest in carts that the wheels will look up if they take it off the phone with us or some thing like grocery stores doing. But this is will be my last time ever doing laundry here. I spend about 400 dollars a month washing sheets for my massage business, but at this point I will have to find another place. read more

From the second I walked in the door I knew I was going to love this place. A table and chairs with two laundromat goers sitting and chatting away, a lovely sectional leather couch in front a nice flatscreen, clean floors, dry cleaning service, DROP OFF SERVICE (a personal luxury favorite of mine; although today is a do it myself kind of day) and all sizes of washers and dryers for a good price. Plus vending machines if you're in need of a snack. And don't even get me started about the location! Not only is it super convenient for me, but there are various restaurants and coffee shops and convenient stores near by for the impatient laundry goer who doesn't like just sitting and reading while their laundry happily goes through a spin cycle. And it is SO CLEAN! Which I feel is really important at a place where you go to CLEAN your clothes! The folding tables are clean, the floor is clean (did I mention that already? Well they are!), the washers are clean, the dryers are clean! And of course, it smells of freshly done laundry. Such a high from that smell. If your looking for a place to be a regular laundry goer or if you need to wash extra large bedding, or are out a washer and dryer for the day, the Laundry Lounge will not let you down! I am here doing 2 Loads. The is restroom is not open had to walk down the street to use the restroom at Starbucks. Also has no way for you to get dollar bills for your quarters. My clothes look dirty after washing them Never coming back here. read more

So, be very cautious of this place. I went there for the first time and, even though there were some good and bad, the bad seemed to outweigh the good. He is what I would like to share with all of you. The Good: They opened 45 minutes early to accommodate me. They were recently featured on Fox 13 news and were really placed in a good light. The Bad: I was told my 17 pounds of laundry would be ready between 2 to 3 pm but they would call me. I called them at 5:30 pm and was told; "Oh yeah, it is ready!". I had several shirts that had light stains on them and when I got home, the shirts still had light stains. I washed them again using a very mild strain remover and the stains disappeared. I gave them eight t-shirts, four pairs of sweat pants, two pairs of khaki slacks, four pairs of socks and two button-up, short sleeve shirts. When I got everything home, I was missing two t-shirts, a button-up shirt and a pair of slacks. So, it cost me $18.00 for the service and an additional $85 to replace the missing clothes and another $6.50 to re-wash the clothes with stains. I was charged $1 per pound but that comes out to almost $6.50 per pound. Not the bargain I was looking for. As I said, be careful with this place. read more

I was needing to wash some of my pets blankets and I was not about to wash them in my personal washer and dryer (lots of hair) so, I was needing to find a laundry facility that had large washers/dryers. I walked in and this place not only had large washers, but they had small, medium, large and even extra large washers! Winnnnn the only thing that confused me, was how to pay for the damn things. The machines them self's don't accept quarters/bills. There's a slot for what appears to be a credit/debit card. Come to find out in the back corner is a machine where you insert bills only and it loads onto a card (that they provide). Once I figure that out, I was golden. I'll be back to wash my larger blankets here. read more

My favorite time to use this place is after vacation! Instead of all the time it takes to do my laundry I just drop everything off (and for just about a dollar a pound!!!!) This laundromat is another of the card places that has machines that do not accept coins. Tons of space and washers inside. This is a bit run down, particularly the furniture, but they have a tv and vending machine and restaurants, a 7-11 and Starbux are all in close vicinity. Parking is fairly ample and prices are pretty fair here as well. I only generally use laundromats once or twice a year, doing heavier stuff than my home washer will accommodate, such as comforters and some rugs, so I don't require much. Basic cleanliness, which this has and not much more, working machines, lots and lots of these here and a place to fold stuff up, though this part was not so much, there was a good amount of carts and given that my needs are pretty modest currently, this was also fine. I think I was able to get in and out, once I acquired cash, in slightly over an hour, which is also perfectly fine. It's kind of a pain to go get cash, particularly as I almost never carry any and haven't for the better part of a couple decades, but that's a relatively minor quibble. Very utilitarian, but gets the job done and for a pretty fair price. read more

I had to come back and rell what happened to us here. A few weeks ago, i washed our clothes on a Friday. We had a busy weekend and other than hanging up the clothes on hangers, I didn't put away laundry. Monday morning rolls around and my husband asks, 'did you wash any jeans the other day?'. Yes, I had. They weren't in my basket. I got dressed and impatiently waited to leave to get there when they opened at 7 AM. i arrived at the same time as one of the young ladies. Told her what happened as we are walking in the door. Looked toward the dryers and lo and behold!...there are my clothes! They probably thought they belonged to another guest all weekend. What was so wonderful to me is that no one had taken them. I believe this to be in part because people are more honest here. The laundromat is attended quite often. And they have cameras. I have a washer and dryer at home, but it's not big enough for my comforter... so I came here since it is right by my house. I liked the comfy couch, and noticed the plethora of magazines and bin of toys for kids. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to wash AND dry my big blanket for only 3$. I had a lot of laundry to catch up on I have decided to go to a 24 hr laundromat At around midnight. I got there with five double loads a load in the washers ready to go and went to get one of their machine for a card and it was down. I called the number posted and the person who answered didn't want nothing to do with helping me and told me that I would have to just come back tomorrow. Their loss! Been there twice. First time the gentleman was awesome and even though he was closing he still took my clothes. So, I went to the laundry lounge this weekend and I don't think I've been in such a nice well-kept laundromat. The folding tables are very unique, they look like little ping-pong tables, haha. The 60 pound washers are incredible. Me being a single Man and not having a wife, just throw everything in one load anyway, so rather than use a bunch of the smaller machines, I just put everything in one and then take it over to their giant dryers. I'm usually in and out just over an hour and I can get back to doing things I'd like to do rather than laundry!! I highly recommend this place, due to their attended laundry. Even though I am a man, if I was to leave and go get a drink or something to eat I feel comfortable leaving my stuff!! read more
