The establishment is smaller than I expected, but very clean and spacious. Lots of folding space, carts that roll properly, and plenty of single load washers. The dryers are clean and look to be in working order. BATHROOM: So I had just got done eating prior to coming and let's just say -bad idea. Absolutely love this place! I've done my laundry here for years and it is always clean and nice. They have plenty of places to sit while you wait for your laundry to be done and even have a stack of books you can read while you're there. I've been coming here months now, due to my washer broke on me. Me and my husband put 6 loads of wash in the washer and sat outside because it was so warm inside and waited for our clothes to be done.( about 20 more min.) The owner, I'm assuming came and told us that she got a call from "someone" about people hanging out and not using her services, so she came to make sure we were outside sitting on her bench with a purpose. She also heard we were smoking, and looked us up and down, I told her I don't smoke anything. My husband told her Maam do you see us smoking ? Do you smell any smoke ? She nodded and left back to her way too expensive Pizza parlor. What gets me the most, is every Thursday evening her whole parking lot is filled with people smoking and drinking , whatever for their car shows? I hate to think that she badgered us because our skin was too tan for the "White Center". I don't know, but I do know I wont be returning there to wash anymore. read more

This was place is very clean only has three super washers, four newer hotter dryers and no sink for laundry usage for say pre/treatment of stains. Also, bathrooms available looks like they're locked up but I never used them. Does have nice sitting area and books for kids. this happened when I load my clothes in front washer 2 loader machine. A clean, friendly and quiet place. The machines wash better than the one I have at home, which broke...again. I grab some pot stickers from the restaurant next door and it's not a bad way to do laundry. My only complaint is that the cat has not paid me a visit. Prior posters were not kidding! Best. Laundromat. EVER! They even have a new machine that will take up to SIX loads of wash at a time! As for being in a "shady part of Anderson" - Psssshhhh. Doesn't seem to be a restroom, unless it's behind the locked door in the back, however, since the owner wasn't there at the time, that's understandable. If something malfunctions, the phone number to call is prominently placed. We had to call, because one of the machines ran and didn't dispense water. The owners came right down, reimbursed us, and said they were happy we called, so they could check the machine. They bought this place about a year ago, and are constantly improving and replacing any old machines. (Yup - the one I had trouble with was one of the older ones. Didn't look that old! The washing machine smell like mildew. The large washer costed $6.00, I paid the money to use the washing machine and my laundry came out of the washing machine smelling like mildew. I called the owner at the phone number listed on the help sign and she ignored my phone call and voicemail. So wash at your own risk the washing machines smell like mildew and the owner could care less. read more

I really hate having to go to a laundromat to wash and dry stuff, but I LOVE the Laundry Room! Its ALWAYS CLEAN! The machines are well kept and in great working order and the prices are great! The owners are friendly and nice. If you are looking for a clean, well-kept laundromat, this is the place to come. The photos will speak for themselves. The person who owns this facility is kind as there are free bottles of water in case you are thirsty and forgot your own, there is a soap, bleach and softener machine $1.00 each (for one load). There are cute decor (Pinterest style) and baskets for moving your clothes around. The washers I used were $2.00 a load and worked fine. The dryer I am using works good, providing hot temperature heat on the hot setting. . There are places to sit on inside and out and there is someone available to help out if a quarter gets stuck or if a machine malfunctions. Updated review. Very clean place. Great machine. Owner is amazing and has helped accommodate us on numerous occasions due to losing our house in the Carr fire. However, their attendant that they h e helping out hovers and watches you do your laundry. I always have felt uncomfortable when she's there helping out. Today was the last straw for me. With a large truck full of children I figured I would stop by and grab my quarters before dropping off my children so I wouldn't have to carry the cash around all morning. She acted as though I had no right to get my change even though I let her know I would be back in an hour and a half after dropping off my kids with their other families to do my washing. She told me I could wait and looked at me as though I was trash. We just got back from a 9 week trip in San Francisco while my father had open heart surgery and we didn't know if he would make it. I had a LOT of laundry to do today, but she treated me horribly for just trying to go about my day. I won't be back again. I shouldn't have to made to feel like garbage when just trying to do my laundry. If she gets let go, I would return. But she's soured my experience here. read more

The Laundry Room is clean, brightly lit, and feels like a safe place to do laundry. We are doing laundry during a home renovation and I was dreading the prospect of going to a laundromat but this experience has been fine. The facility is open 7am-9 pm and unlocks automatically, along with automatic lights and radio. There are a lot of machines and folding surfaces, as well as places to sit while you wait. There is no restroom, but that is to be expected. I am very appreciative to have this facility available. read more

This is hands down the best Laundromat in Anderson, or Redding for that matter. It is always clean and tidy here. They have books for you to read on the counters, a quarter dispenser that always works without issue, and free wifi that works wonderfully. The machines themselves are well maintained, and the clientele here are just ordinary people. You don't have to worry about people messing with your laundry, or stealing your things if you step away for a moment. There is no rush to use the machines. An employee is always here in the mornings sweeping up and wiping down the machines and counter tops. She is perfectly friendly and kind, and will help you if the machine eats your money. When I'm in the Redding or Red Bluff area I always make the drive to come to this laundromat. It's always clean and the washers and dryers are all in working order, and if anything does happen the owners take care of any issue right away. They also have one washer that can hold up to six loads of laundry and two that can hold up to four loads. I use the large washer to clean our comforter and it always comes out perfect. They also have a change machine on site which is convenient. It's just easy to get your laundry done at this laundromat. I highly recommend coming here, I just love it. read more

This laundromat is great! I discovered upon moving to Redding that reading laundromat reviews on Yelp was hilarious, albeit horrifying as to what was actually out there. Fortunately I discovered this location and it became my laundry spot for the next five months until I moved into a house with laundry facilities. It was worth the drive from Redding to do laundry here. The facilities are clean, the machines are updated, and the staff is friendly. My favorite story was when I had my blankets in a washer separate from my other laundry, and after sitting in my car, waiting on my laundry, I returned inside to see that particular machine still had water in it. I was initially concerned that I had done something wrong. The owner happened to be in there and told me the machine had just been fixed the day before, but evidently wasn't actually fixed. She apologized profusely, and then insisted on giving me some quarters for my trouble. She came back with quarters, said she would put the blankets in the fast and big washer at the end of the room, so it would get finished faster. I was more than content at this point, and went about drying what I could dry. I waited in my vehicle a bit longer, and went back to check on things. This lady said "I have another idea. Let's separate all three blankets into three separate machines so they will dry faster for you. I'll get you some more change!" So this super sweet lady gets me even more change for the dryers. Obviously over five months I saw this place quite a bit, but every experience was a positive one. That particular instance showed what care the owners had for their business and customers. They always said if I had issues to call the number on the wall because they also owned the pizza restaurant and could be right down. One night I got there later than I intended, and she and her husband patiently waited until I was finished with my laundry to lock up. They never complained or gave a disconcerting look. They were just pleasant. The place is clean, looks cute, and I never felt uncomfortable being there or being in that area. Most of the other customers were super friendly, even during the COVID-19 situation. It's worth the drive from Redding! read more
