I have to inspect each washer before i use it because half of them are filled with literal dirt or have roaches inside. A business that offers a place to clean your clothes should be clean itself. Didn't find any buggies trying to hitchhike on anybody's clothing either. The bathroom is a single room, but can fit like 10 people in it and has some Vegas nightclub tile going on in there. It's always been my first choice because the place is clean, the machines actually work, and honestly I just feel safe there, even at night. That mattered a lot recently when my home staging warehouse flooded and I ended up with almost a full U-Haul of pillows, comforters, blankets and rugs that all needed washing. I was there for hours using their huge machines, way past dark, and never once felt worried about being there alone. Everything came out clean, the machines didn't give me any trouble even with that much use in one visit, and the whole place stayed just as tidy as when I walked in. This is a family owned business and it's been run well for a long time. They even do pickup and delivery, where they'll wash, fold and bring your laundry back to you, which is a great option if you don't have time to stay on top of your laundry. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about them.

Instead of cleaning the spots, they pressed them into the fabric, and then lied that the fabric cannot take dry cleaning so they cannot try harder. This seems to be a rehearsed explanation that they use to avoid recleaning. They charged $27.50 for this "cleaning', refused to take the garment back and reclean, and refused refund. Then when I insisted, Lucy at the counter turned it into a screaming match. My 85 year old husband entered the facility to see what's happening, Lucy yelled at him to leave! No customer ethiquet, and any other dry cleaning place would do a better job.
