This laundromat has plenty of perks to reduce the pains of laundry day. It's in a shopping center with plenty of parking and a Starbucks and Grocery Outlet to ease the wait. A mix of machines ($4 or $6) appear newer and clean and do a great job. Dryers offer multiple heat settings at .25 cents for 6 minutes. The dryers are efficient too--under 30-min if you don't overload the machine--and stop when clothes are dry. Although broad, the one-path access can cause the flow to get jammed up, but people tend to be very kind in Napa, so it's not usually an issue. They also offer a wash-and-fold laundry service for those who can't DIY. The last wash is at 7 pm. We are fortunate to have this facility in the hood. read more

The Laundry Room is the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. There were multiple machines available, all in good working order. If doing laundry isn't your jam, they have a drop-off option, and they will wash and fold your laundry for you. It's good to be aware a few machines and dryers are blocked off for employee use only to help keep this service going. I wish they took cards, but that's the only area with room for improvement. Clean and well maintained. Coin operated machines, so prepare to feed lots of quarters into the washers ($7.50) and dryers (25 cents per 6 minutes.) Use cash for coin dispenser. Horrible customer service! The owner just came up to me while I was putting the money in the dryers and told me I was using too many dryers and that I better be back in 45 minutes or he would remove my clothes. He also told me I was putting too much time on my dryers and that they only need $1.50 each. I've been using laundromats for 9 years now. I literally do all my business and personal laundry here every week. I spend $200 plus here every month. Yes, I use a lot of washers and dryers because I have a lot of laundry. I know how much money to put in my dryer depending on the thickness/type of linen I am drying. I have never had someone treat me like this in a business that I have been religiously supporting. As a small business owner myself, I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Obviously, time to find a new laundromat where they actually appreciate my business. read more

I've used this service a couple of times for pick up and delivery service and it was OK but the last time there was an issue. The website states the laundry pickup time is 7am to 10am however these people arrive at 4:30 am after sending me a text at 3:59 the morning stating someone is on there way. These people need to change the website and delete normal business hours to "Whenever we fell like it" I do not recommend unsung this servic! read more

I rarely give reviews, unfortunately I fee that I must tell people to avoid this place at all cost. I went to pick up my comforter that was washed and folded only to be told that they could not take my credit card because due to the fact the owner is the ONLY one that could handled that transaction. I was told to come in tomorrow between 11-1 I felt that this should have been communicated at drop off. I have just wasted Gas and Time. Now my comforter is being held hostage. I feel the owner will NOT even be there the next day that this is tactic to steal my personal property. AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

Awful. Hours are posted that close is at 8PM and that the last load is at 7PM, understandably. Walked in around 645pm and put in my load to be yelled at by the cleaning ladies telling me to leave, telling me that they were closed.. All the while..other people that had just gotten here before me had just put in their loads too and i have been here many times until close along with others every now and then. If you don't want people putting in a load at 6:50PM, then make it clear your cutoff is 6:50PM and not 7PM as you state. There's no need to be that rude. read more

Very clean and kept up with. Ive been here twice. Today being my second trip. The complaint is there is NO air conditioner or air moving in this facility. I used temp gauge it registered 89 ° . With us that are still masking makes it hard to breathe comfortably wash, dry and fold clothes. read more
