The customer service, even with a lot of turn over has been the best. The dryers are $150 for 30 minutes and they dry a large load easily. The bathroom is always clean and smarlls nice and the snacks are very reasonably priced. They have a good selection of detergents and everything else you need for laundry and if you forget your hangers they have the temporary ones 20 for a dollar or something like that and a lot of times they have some they just give you. If you have them do your laundry it will be perfect and wrapped in Saran Wrap folded like a new package. The only price difference from other laundry places is the dryers and to have a large load completely dry in 30 minutes is worth it to me. No matter where at in Wichita you live if you want a place you don't have to worry about getting cooties you will actually enjoy doing the laundry as much as possible there!!!

The lady said no which is fine so I drove to the gas station to pull out cash from the ATM and came right back. All I needed was quarters for the machines. I bring my clothes in and place it in the washing machine. But the lady that was there earlier is now outside which at first I was patient but then I got annoyed. I ring the bell at the register twice since she wants to act like I'm not the only person inside. I finally got fed up and grabbed my clothes and left and she had no cares in the world. "Manager" is disrespectful, employees are disrespectful. they do not care…read moreabout customers, horrible business ethics for a simple business. 75% of machines don't work and ones that do smell horrible. employees do not upkeep, your clothes sill smell worse after washing and their attitude is oh well. manager argued with me after telling me that yes they were out of line, then changed attitude and told me I was an "issue", which is crazy. asked for owners contact info and was denied because "he is boss and that's that." Hours are posted on door with paper that states NO where that last load is at a certain time. I loaded my clothes at 825, asked employee where nearest atm was. he knew they stopped allowing wash at 830, and let me run around to get money. I came back at 835 and was made to unload all of my laundry and take back out to car, with my one year old son. take your business ANYWHERE else, this place is a joke.
