We have experienced it all from zero communication/follow up to being ghosted. Well, I am beyond thrilled to say those troubles are gone. Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Needless to say I have been really impressed and happy with him. He and his team were here this weekend to do the mulch work and it turned out fantastic. We highly recommend DCOS to everyone out there looking for your last landscaper. We are lucky to have his services in our area.

I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I needed to replace it with an electric 50 gallon water heater. He told me total cost insulation and labor $1800. I said OK he said you'll have hot water by this evening. Did a phenomenal job taking out the old rep, Plumbing as needed and installing the new water heater just amazing very good service highly recommend them came with a five-year warranty one year labor warranty.
