The owner later contacted me by phone and stated that he was on his way to my property to complete the estimate. At that time, I informed him that I no longer needed the estimate because another company had already removed the tree that had fallen during the recent storms. Within minutes of that conversation, I began receiving multiple text messages from the owner in which he called me rude and continued contacting me in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and harassing. The following day, I spoke with Samantha, the owner's wife. She stated that I should have notified the company sooner that their services were no longer needed. I explained that I was not home when the tree removal was completed and also expressed my concern about the repeated messages I had received from one of their workers. Samantha then informed me that the individual sending the messages was her husband, the owner. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly unprofessional. Afterward, I received another text message stating that they were contacting the police regarding the situation, followed by additional messages a few minutes later. I chose not to respond to any of these messages. I understand that scheduling changes can be frustrating for a business; however, I believe the repeated messages, threats to involve law enforcement, and overall manner in which this situation was handled were unnecessary and unprofessional.

Jose is very professional but a man of few words, so you need to listen carefully to what he says. They also cleaned up the yard excellently. Jose also injected 2 Cleveland pear trees in my back yard that were sick. Several weeks later, they already look a bit better to me. He mentioned a crab apple tree in my front yard that seems to have a fungus problem. Suggesting to check back later in the summer or fall, as it may need an injection of medicine like my Pear trees did. Recommend him and their service. I have used arborists before. They are well worth their price. Jose was priced very moderately.

I have used County tree service many times over the last several years and I just cannot say enough…read moregood about them. My first experience was to have a 60-year old pine tree removed and base plus roots completely stumped. They gave me the best quote of the 4 I sought and when the day came they had all the right equipment and personnel. In what seemed no time, those men had my tree down and all the evidence of its existence in a truck being hauled somewhere. I' once used them to clean up many substantial downed branches and things after a mini-tornado. Not only was the service impeccable, but what I really appreciated was their quote. Other contractors were gouging but they gave me a fair price that was better than everybody else's Another job they did, also the biggest job they did for me included taking out a massive 60-year old Oak, and various bushes and trees that ran along 3 sides of my yard. This large job took the entire day but they cleared every bush, stumped every root well into the evening until the job was done. (before and after pics attached) Through all of this, the business owners have been incredibly easy to deal with. I just called and stated what I needed done and they either came out for a quote or gave me one over them phone. I've also recommended them to two family members that went on to hire them and both were immensely pleased. If you have a tree job that you need to get done, do me a favor and give these guys at County tree service a call. They've been so good to me and those I sent to them. None of that usual contractor game-playing and b.s. and that has earned them my repeated business over the years.

She helps us with some decisions, based on what we want and what is actually doable/practical for our setting. She doesn't try to sell us on what she thinks we should do, or whatever happens to be in abundance at the nurseries at the moment. Becky is great with communication and is always on site for questions. We've been working with Becky for almost 20 years, and we were thrilled to find out we could work with her again. Unfortunately, we used a different company recently, when we thought Becky wasn't available. We didn't get the same customer service that we get with Landmark.
