Had Jose & his crew come out. They trimmed branches that were dead in the yard along with trees that had branches that were touching. Jose is very professional but a man of few words, so you need to listen carefully to what he says. They also cleaned up the yard excellently. Jose also injected 2 Cleveland pear trees in my back yard that were sick. Several weeks later, they already look a bit better to me. He mentioned a crab apple tree in my front yard that seems to have a fungus problem. Suggesting to check back later in the summer or fall, as it may need an injection of medicine like my Pear trees did. Recommend him and their service. I have used arborists before. We are SO IMPRESSED with Magic Hands Tree Service!! We needed two huge trees taken down in our backyard as well as another tree trimmed. We got quotes from about 5 different companies. Magic Hands was not only the most prompt in calling us back and giving us a quote, but they were the cheapest! They just left our house and you wouldn't have even known they were here. We used Jose and his crew to trim our 30 year old river birch trees. Jose is an arborist and true professional. They were efficient and fast and made our trees look so much better. The birch trees were constantly dropping branches and making a mess. Now we only see a few branches in our yard, not hundreds. We used Magic Hands to cut down an old dead ash tree. I can't believe how professional they were from start to finish! Jose came out and emailed our estimater. I think we obtained 4 estimates from other Tree companies. One company wanted to charge us $2500 to cut it down. They would call every other day and say "If you want, we can come by tomorrow and take that tree down, we'll even knock a couple of hundred dollars off." I thought that company was very unprofessional. Even the Reasonable tree cutting service wasn't "Reasonable". Magic Hands wasn't pushy at all and we thought they their price was more reasonable than the others. They cut it down, cleaned up and removed EVERYTHING! Very skilled workers. Really know what they're doing when they trim trees, or remove old, sick trees. Used Magic Hands for a number of years to trim some large Maples, and some smaller ornamentals, like Red Buds, Dogwoods, and Crab Apples. The other day we had them remove two evergreens, about twice the height of the telephone poles. There were 4 of them on the work crew--2 mainly working to dismember the tree and bring it down, and 2 to cart away the debris to the chipper, and into the truck, as it was produced. They work like a well oiled machine together. Very business like, reasonably priced, and careful with the rest of the garden, and lawn. Very together and very courteous. read more
