ACEI deserves zero stars if that were possible. My…read moreexperience with this company has been extremely disappointing and deeply unprofessional. I needed ACEI's services to start a Master's program. After ordering an evaluation of my French diplomas, I later paid for a one-day rush delivery on a Wednesday. The delivery was explicitly guaranteed for Thursday. Instead, it was sent late on Friday--too late for my university recruiter, who had already left for the weekend. ACEI offered nothing more than an apology. No compensation. No accountability. To make matters worse, the following Monday my university recruiter informed me that ACEI had sent only my high school evaluation, completely omitting my bachelor's degree. As a result, my evaluation was unusable. Contacting ACEI is nearly impossible. There is no direct customer service: only a chat powered by a useless AI, emails that are never answered, and a phone line that plays a recorded message telling you to use the chat or email. I spent hours trying to get the rest of my evaluation delivered, with no meaningful assistance. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and careless with time-sensitive academic documents. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. UPDATE: ACEI eventually offered a commercial gesture and assured me that the correct documents had been sent. However, my recruiter confirmed that he received only half of the evaluation. At this point, it is impossible to know where the failure lies... I truly wish I had read the other reviews before using their services. There are a lot of one star for a reason Updating my initial review: ACEI deserves one star.

The entire process was straightforward, communication was timely, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. Most importantly, the evaluation was accepted without any issues, which made the whole process experience stress free. I would highly recommend this company!

While my college bound son spent his Covid riddled gap year getting an advanced ski instructor certification in Europe, It was as if Paul was right by his side the whole semester through the entire application process. Paul offered countless hours of late nights and early mornings to ensure our son made it into the schools of his dreams. He's currently headed to the "3/2" program of Willamette in Oregon followed by USC or Columbia. Above all else we feel a sense of connection commitment and friendship with Paul. It's a no brainer. Whether it was helping me finish my UC application minutes before the midnight deadline or proctoring all eight of my exams at a moments notice. In the beginning of Senior year I was met with a crisis, for a variety of reasons I didn't have any math credit. I had to take geometry through AP Calculus BC in one school year, whilst applying to college and managing a full senior year course load. With that I needed to take eight separate proctored exams. Without the flexibility and commitment of Paul as a proctor, I can say definitively I wouldn't have completed this feat. However working together, I got it done. In about six months, I went from not graduating high school to being admitted to a number of top universities including UCSD, UCSB, University of Michigan, and NYU. Paul continually goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help you achieve your goals. Fundamentally, I believe what distinguishes Paul Nicholas is that he cares, and that certainly can't be taken for granted in this world. So thank you Paul, I will be eternally grateful.

Her energetic and upbeat personality makes it fun and rememberable to learn, while practicing the correct procedures and techniques. In the class, we repeatedly went over the techniques until we had confidence with using an AED machine, administering CPR, helping a choking person, and applying First Aid to someone who is bleeding. I now feel confident that I can help save someone's life. When it's time to renew my card, I will definitely take this class again from Beverly Hills CPR. Keep up the great job, Trisha!!!

Over the following weeks, I watched each essay come together and be finalized one by one. She created a list of schools and a structured calendar that kept my daughter on track. I'm happy to say this was the best investment we could have made. My daughter was accepted to UC Berkeley and several other colleges. The peace of mind I had knowing Julia was managing the college application process was priceless. She is knowledgeable and competent, and she brings so much compassion to her work.
