Went down a rabbit hole reading about toxic chemicals and decided to get my gown cleaned before an event. Found this place and made the trek over. I went on a Tuesday and was told Friday initially but was able to get a turn around or Thursday. Place is clean, staff is friendly. They're paperless. I had my receipt in my email. I got a text when my dress was ready Thursday, as well as an email. I got 20% off as a new customer. Very happy w the service. I REALLY wish there was another location closer to Pasadena. They gave me a scare when I went to pick up my favorite pair of pants and thought they had lost them. I got suspicious since I had just come a week previously to have them re-pressed and they were at the shop, so it would've been strange for them to disappear. Due to my apparent frustration, the clerk called the owner, and to my surprise, she arrived very pretty quickly and found them right away. Although I recommend this store, they have difficulty removing stains, but they will relaunder items if they aren't done correctly the first time. I'm just glad that I will be able to wear these pants on my summer trip. read more

Welp, I tried Bee Organic again (I really wanted to love this place) and it was even worse than the previous time. I brought in two blazers, one that had two pen marks on it. Unlike other dry cleaners I've been to, they don't mark up or indicate where the stains are or where they need to pay close attention to and sure enough, I picked up my blazer and the stains were exactly the same as when I dropped off my blazer. I ended up bringing it back for round two (still no marking of the stains) and while one stain was slightly better, the other remained untouched and they said they would not re-do it again without charging me (re-do was "complimentary"). Plus, whatever cleaning solution they use left an off-putting smell on my clothes. It's a no for me. read more

I am shocked by the reviews for this business. I gave them my winter coat and it returned with a stain, not to mentioned I am confident the way the laundered it damaged the down lining. I normally don't write reviews, but I came here because I read the yelp reviews- so I hope someone will read mine and not have the horrible experience I did. Oh, I forgot to mention, after acknowledging their mistake, the owner did not even bother to pay me for my jacket- and just said, "we will remove the satin (which they caused) for free". Pricey and not the best. I live in the South Park neighborhood and Bee is my closest dry cleaners. Decided to check them out and dropped off 2 dresses, 2 blouses, 1 pant, and 2 blankets. Total came out to $74.89 with a 20% first time customer discount. -1 throw blanket = $18 -1 dress = $14 -1 blouse = $7 -1 pant = $8 Pros: You got a 20% discount your first visit. My dresses came out great. The store is clean and the staff are responsive. Service is also pretty quick. Your clothes will be ready in a couple of days. Cons: Unfortunately, I asked for black stains to be removed from a blouse, and they were not removed. I also had a water stain on the knee of some tan pants. The water was not removed and there was a little bleach now on the knee :( These were my favorite pants. I also washed two blankets (one thick Ugg one), and they smelled bad. The parking situation is also not ideal. There was no street parking, and Starbucks next door did not have parking. read more

I came to location because of the great reviews I read on here. Unfortunately I was no longer be coming back to this cleaners. They lost an item of my mine. I was told by the employee that originally took care of my order it will held with care. That was a lie. They did refund me for losing the item. I am just so disappointed that they good loose can item. Will not be coming back here again. Only good thing was that they reimbursed me for losing my item. Also the manger said they had everyone there looking for it but still doesn't make me want to bring my clothes to be dry cleaned here. I hope this situation will not happen to another customer. This was my first experience getting my clothes fluffed and folded. I was a little unsure about it but I'm really happy with the job they did. My clothes came out soo much cleaner than they do when I use the machines in my apartment. They were folded beautifully. Kitchen towels, bed sheets, sweatpants, bras, everything. Folded to perfection. I dropped off 30 lbs of laundry on a Friday and they were ready by Tuesday. I have no other fluff and gold experiences to compare them to but I think they did a great job. I'm happy to call this my neighborhood dry cleaner. They do a fantastic job at getting out stains and they are very reasonably priced. I used to go to Art's Cleaners further in downtown, which also was well priced, but this one beats them by far in terms of price and quality of work. Staff and service are both great, and so far they've delivered on every completion date they've quoted me. It's very easy to just go in, drop off, and pick up when it's done. Have you recently found yourself googling 'how to pack a suit' in hopes of having it arrive wrinkle-free? So, that was me, except the suit in question was also one that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time because I am really put off by the idea of dry cleaning chemicals. I had a talk to give at the convention center (flying in from out of town) so I looked on yelp to see if there were any dry cleaners nearby... and holy crap was I in luck, because this ORGANIC place had opened up just a couple of months ago. I emailed them to see if the job could be accomplished in time and encountered the friendliest customer service that I have experienced in ages. They even pointed out that they could pick up and drop off from any of the DTLA hotels, which I took them up on because I was flying in on a red eye. So, I left my suit with my hotel's desk around 2am, passed out, and woke up at noon to an email that it was clean and ready to go. Amazing. They did the jacket by hand (ask about bespoke cleaning) to not mess up the structured shoulders and it looks great. There is no chemical smell or other detectable odor. (Last time I messed with dry cleaning, my clothes came back smelling like someone else's perfume.) Now I'm rooting through my suitcase to see what else needs cleaning. Apparently they would even pack my suitcase for me if I wanted them to... but I'm trying to not get too spoiled because we do not have such a place in my neck of the woods. read more

I brought designer clothing and was charged double the normal price. When I asked why they said , "I don't know" "we charge more for designer because we care for it different." I asked isn't the cleaning process the same. They mentioned no it's different , I said what's the different cleaning method for designer . They wouldn't say. So I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned. Granted it had a wine stain on it. They said it will be ready in a week. I came back in a week picked it up, brought it home to realize the stain is still there. Called, brought it back, they did their thing again. A week later picked it up, brought it home... still the stain was there. I called they said they won't refund me because they worked on it, therefore they have to charge. Blamed it on the material, however the wine had gotten on the pillow shams as well I washed those in the washing machine (same material, it's a set!) and the pillow shams are as good as new. The front desk girl is super sweet so don't shoot the messenger but needless to say I'm a little upset to have payed 25 dollars gone back and forth and still have an issue. read more

WOW! Where do I begin. This place is pure awful. After 4 experiences here I am appalled. First off, I've asked for a hang dry every time I've been in for fluff and fold. On at least 2 occasions my clothes were clearly put through a dryer, hence ruining the sizing on many of them. On the occasions where my clothes were obviously put through a dryer they come back smelling like BOUNCE dryer sheets. I know because I used them profusely before switching to organic a few years ago. I only went back because it's the only place near me in downtown that claims to be organic and I wanted to give another chance. ITS NOT WORTH IT! On my most recent (and last ever) visit, not only did they randomly start adding a "hang dry" fee, which was not told to me ahead of time, they were completely scamming me on the weight. They tried to charge me $166 for 30lbs of laundry!!! I have the receipt! They had altered the weight to 70 lbs and when I called them out and asked them to reweigh, their only rebuttal was that their scale must of been set to the wrong setting. Their scale is ounces/pounds/grams/kilos. If you've done a middle school math class you realize none of those settings would come anywhere close to translating 30 pounds to 70. Nice excuse, but just another lie. Instead of giving me any break because of their mistake, they made me wait 15 minutes to get my change while helping other customers. How in the world does it take that long to count out change? This place is atrocious, the employees are scammers at best. I'll update this review on which competitor if theres is best to use as soon as I've done my due diligence on other local options. STAY AWAY!!! NOT ORGANIC & COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!! read more

I wanted badly to love Bee Organic Dry Cleaners, so much so that my husband and I have used their services despite their repeated mistakes and poor communication. We will not be going back because it's no longer just a few mistakes - it's an established pattern. Incident #1: Failed Delivery. I dropped off my husband's shirts and asked for them to be delivered, since I noticed they offered free delivery to apartment buildings in the area. The shirts did not show up on the promised delivery date. When I called them the next day to ask why, it turned out they somehow noted the wrong address for delivery, despite having the right address in the system. It was delivered the next day. Fine, they're still working out the kinks, whatever. Incident #2: Failed to Stick to Deadlines. A few months later, we sent them our jackets for dry cleaning and got an estimate for Saturday pickup. I was flying to the East Coast in the middle of a cold snap that Sunday morning and needed that jacket for the rest of the winter and spring there. Long story short, my jacket was not ready by Saturday, and I flew back to the East Coast jacket-less. It turns out that winter was longer than usual, and I was still without a jacket thanks to their mistake. But sure, that was a one-off mistake with some bad communication on their part. To their credit, they refunded our order. Incident #3: Double Charging. My husband and I recently went to drop off some of his shirts for laundering and cleaning. We asked for it to be delivered again. They asked for pre-payment. Sure, makes sense. On the day of delivery, they said they can't deliver because we hadn't paid. Weird, maybe it didn't go through. I went in-store myself, paid with my credit card, and picked up his shirts. Turns out that the first charge DID go through, and we were just double-charged. They refunded him once I brought it to their attention but these events begin to less like one-off incidents and more like a pattern of bad communication and sloppy client management. Incident #4: Stitched Belt Detached?! I sent in two expensive dresses to be dry-cleaned. One of them comes back (delivered to us, finally!) with the belt detached from the right waist, with the stitching clearly ripped off. Luckily this is an easy fix for me at home, but I would caution against people sending in their delicate clothes to Bee just in case their mistakes are less repairable. This is the final straw for us - the girls at the front desk are always so nice and courteous, but there are only so many "second chances" we can give your business. The poor communication, bad customer management, and now the sloppy dry-cleaning work has shown us that we can no longer trust Bee with our clothes. read more

VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET! I live a block away from this cleaners and consider it my "home" cleaners. I dropped off no more than 8 items on Monday 12pm and was told it could not be returned Wednesday. I expressed, that I'm leaving out of town Thursday and need the items returned before my Thursday flight. I was assured my items will be ready Thursday by 2pm. Keep in mind this is 3.5 business days to return items. I was assured it will be ready. Of course, I get a phone call Thursday at 145pm, stating they cant get to my items because their machine broke. Let's step back. . . 3.5 business days and didn't even start working on my items until 145pm Thursday. I will no longer use this cleaner even with the partnership they have with my apartment building. read more

After some physical and online searching I found Bee Organic in Downtown LA (South Park). This place fills the void that my previous cleaners left behind, on top of that, they deliver and pick up at no extra cost.
